Esta unidad recientemente decorada con una decoración "costera moderna" se encuentra en el edificio A en la planta baja. Está decorado con obras de arte originales del propietario. La casa de la playa cuenta con un gran patio con vistas a la piscina y al patio, con una vista parcial de la playa. La unidad está equipada con 3 televisores, cable digital y lavadora / secadora. Nueva alfombra en todas las áreas de estar. Azulejos de entrada, baño y áreas de cocina. Nuestra casa de playa ha estado en nuestra familia durante dos generaciones y pronto será entregada a nuestro hijo, que creció jugando en el patio e yendo a la playa, que ahora juega con su propio hijo allí. Ciertamente esperamos que usted y su familia disfruten algunos de los mismos tipos de recuerdos que nuestra familia tiene a lo largo de los años. The green field is the perfect place to let the kids run after a day of the beach and pool. The campus is meticulously maintained. The pool is heated to enjoy even on the breezy cool days. The staff went above and beyond for the Easter Egg Hunt. It was a great time that even included the Easter bunny. Our unit, A105, was beautiful and had been very well maintained. We will definitely be back!!

Reviewer Comments: We love Silver Dunes and A 105, however, the cleanliness of the room is severely lacking. The coverlet and pillow shams had spots of what looked like vomit. The sheets had blood stains on the bottom sheet and pillow case. I had to wash the sheets and pillow shams, but could not fit the coverlet in the washer. I notified Silver Dunes, but I have no idea what was done beyond that.

PERFECTION!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outstay was perfection! Silver Dunes provided the perfect vacation spot for our family. We rented 3 condos in A and my sister rented 3 in D. So our families were across the huge, open green space. It was perfect for our many toddler grandchildren to play together while parents and grandparents could keep a watchful eye. With the pool on one end and the beach on the other, it was easy to enjoy either. The condos are great. They are not “big” spaces but out time was spent outdoors most of the time. We stayed in A104, 105 and 106 and they were all just great. I’ve learned after coming for several years to bring some of my own sharp knives from home, and my girls bring an InstaPot and Crock Pot because we don’t eat out with so littles. The location of Silver Dunes is perfect with every retail store you might need within 1-2 miles. It’s one of the few locations that is not a high rise which would not work for our young grandchildren. So easyTo bring your beach cart and easily transport all your gear to the beach. We LOVE it and will never stay anywhere else!

Dont fear the changes!!

We have 10 families that have been vacationing at Silver Dunes for 30 years. After hearing all the negative things stated over the changes I was a little skeptical about the changes, ( towel exchange, using the public washer/ dryer, etc. I have to say all was good. The pool party, smores night and movie night was a nice change for the kids. I would like to say staff in front office were great. George as always did a great job. Very satisfied and see all next year.
