Built in 2025, and located in Crystal Beach, Reefwood offers amazing beach proximity, while remaining central to all of Destin’s most popular spots for making family memories! After a long day of fun in the sun, relax in Reefwood’s spacious pool area, featuring sun soaked seating for 13 guests, plus additional seating on the patio! Or cool off in the spacious pool (which is heated between October 1st through April 30th at no additional charge).

Load up Reefwood’s included 6 seater golf cart with everything you need for the perfect beach day, and head just two blocks to visit Crystal Beach’s beautiful neighborhood beach accesses, some of which include dedicated parking areas for golf carts! (Of course, you’re welcome to park in normal parking spots as well)

Reefwood offers 8 rooms each with full private baths, plus a two bunk beds in the third floor living room for spacious sleeping capacity! That’s a massive sleeping capacity of 21, not including sofas.

Reefwood offers two seperate living rooms, one on the first floor and one on the third floor, allowing everyone to spread out and pick what they want to watch! With Hulu+ Live TV, Disney+, and ESPN+ included, you’ll have access to numerous streaming options instantly! Or, log in to your personal streaming accounts so you can catch up on your favorite shows while on vacation!

No need to drain your wallet on toy rentals. Reefwood includes 2 paddleboards, and a brand new 6 seater golf cart to help make lifelong memories.

And when you are ready to return home, cool off in our pool or lounge on its splash deck. Afterward, grill your fresh caught seafood in the free-to-use propane grill.

Hate traffic? Us, too! No worries with Reefwood. The nearest beach access is only a 5 minute walk down the sidewalk; or literally seconds away using Reefwood included golf cart.

Pool Size:
Reefwood has a pool that is 16 feet wide, 22 feet long, and a depth of 3 feet in the shallow end and 5 feet deep end. Heated between October 1 and April 30 at no additional charge. Not heated between May and September.

Important Information:

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: If you would like to reserve Reefwood more than 11 months in advance, you must use the VRBO website, rather than the VRBO app. The VRBO app only shows the calendar for up to 11 months which means that it can only be used for reservations less than a year away. Thanks!

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited.

NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve Reefwood during Spring Break. Sorry, there are no exceptions.

NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

NOTE: Reefwood has one security camera aimed solely at the driveway and the street entrance. Our security camera can only see areas of the property that are visible to the public anyway. We respect our Guests’ privacy. The camera is stationary and cannot be remotely adjusted; does not record audio; and cannot see into the pool area, fenced areas, or interior area of the property.

NOTE: For the safety of our Guests, our golf cart has an Apple Airtag in order to facilitate our ability to assist in the event of an accident or mechanical failure. As a result, Apple Iphone users may occasionally receive Airtag notifications while operating the golf cart.

NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.
