Highly recommend this place! Amazing location!! The golf cart is an added bonus. Place was clean and convenient and perfect for myself, my husband, our 3 and 4 year old, my mom, mother and father in law! Only complaint is that the outlets are super loose and will hardly hold a plug which is a nuisance.

December 2024 visit

Great location. Heated pool was perfect for cooler days. Golf cart huge bonus getting to and from the beach. Hosts responsive for requests. Clean and fairly updated. Nice to have beach chairs/toys available. We could’ve used additional instructions for TV usage and more visible pool instruction posting.We’ll be back!

Relaxation at the beach

We enjoyed our stay and loved having the golf cart to drive around. The pool was perfect for relaxation and we liked having a grill for cooking. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Kokomo house

The house, is cute and quaint. The pool a bit small but sufficient. Bathrooms/kitchen clean and stocked. I would say the floors needed more attention to mopping and throw rugs had big spots on them. The next door house/pool needs a sound barrier for their pool system. A nice walk to easy access to the beach. For a quick 5 day stay, I would return.

Home was very nice. Easy walk to the beach. Porches were pretty and the golf cart was great to go check out the area. Cleaning was subpar at best. Pillows on the couch were pretty stained and the house had a musty smell when we first arrived. The pool pump was broken and the pool was filthy. The property managers were AMAZING in trying to resolve the issue from the moment I reached out to them. Although they couldn’t get the pump fixed the pool was cleaned by them and we were able to use it one day out of our 5 day stay. The beach chairs provided could use some upgrade and the outdoor furniture needs a good pressure wash.

Great Vacation Spot in Destin

A group of friends and I stayed at this property for a bachelor party and had a great time. The property is clean and very close to the beach. The provided golf cart makes beach trips throughout the day easy and painless. The only thing I'd caution folks about is that there are 4 bedrooms with three beds and 1 bunk bed. The property sleeps 20 if you double up every single bed including the sleep out sofa, so just keep that in mind if you have a large group. Overall I think the property is great and would definitely return for future visits.

Nice property with nice Location

Enjoyed this property. Very clean and easy access to beach. Upon arrival the code we received did not work and the golf cart key had been left on so the battery was dead. These 2 items were resolved quickly after I called and spoke to rental company. Pool is much smaller than pics look but was fine for the adults just sitting in it.

Wonderful time

overall house was great. Grandsons enjoyed the pool. Bedrooms large and beds were comfortable. Called to have our downstairs mopped again after move in and they came right away. I did purchase moping pads and mopped floors daily. Really need to power wash front and back screen room floors. This was why our floor would get dirty. On a dead end street so little traffic and very close to the beach. Would stay again. Kitchen had everything we needed.. Plenty of towels for all 9 of us. AC worked great and we had really hot weather. Golf cart was awesome to make quick trips for ice cream. Thanks for sharing your home.

Great Location and House

Overall very satisfied with the house. It has no spices (salt, pepper, or anything else), and the outside grill was unusable, but everything else was great. We would stay here again.
