We loved staying in this house. The views were absolutely amazing. The kitchen had everything plus more that you could possibly need. The host company also responded very quickly to any questions or requests we had. We would definitely stay again.

Our family of 15 had an incredible time at this house. We had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was perfect the long table was great so everyone could sit together. The 1st floor bunk room is such an awesome room even better than the pictures showed. The communication was outstanding, anytime I texted I received an immediate text back. We used the bikes, they were easy to access and we were able to contact a water taxi to take us to the Destin Harbor Boardwalk. I strongly recommend this house, everything was perfect!

Great house and location

Great house and very well stocked. The location is close to everything and we had a great time. Not all bedrooms have tv as listed but regardless, we had a great time!!

Great stay

The communication about the check in process was great. The property was stunning and very clean. Just a few minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the boardwalk. Would definitely recommend.

The home is large, beautiful with lots of space for large families. Great location with quick walking access to beautiful beach. Excellent experience with the 850 rental company-very responsive.

for 23 of us it was wonderful - kitchen was wonderful - sleeping arrangements - wonderful - pool & spa - wonderful - elevator - wonderful - location - great - we celebrated Thanksgiving & the patriarch's 100th birthday - 4 generations right down to the 4yr old!!!! It was awesome to get everyone together & the place accommodated us all wonderfully!!

Family Reunion

The 9 bedrooms with private baths were great - gathering area around the kitchen superb for a large group - pool smaller than we thought - no major mechanical problems. Air conditioner great - kitchen well supplied. All in all a great place for a large group.

Fabulous Family Getaway

Loved this property. Plenty of room so you don't feel cramped! Sitting on the deck or patio and watching the harbor view was so nice and peaceful. Home was clean and well maintained! It would have been nice to have a few staple items, like salt/pepper, sweetners, etc. I would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Fantastic!

Our group has stayed at several properties every year for the past decade. This ranks at the top for location and house. Everyone in our group had their own room, along with their own bathroom. Beach was an easy couple minute walk. Pool and hot tub were clean. Loved everything about this place!

Great location

This property was as advertised. No surprises. This is a beautiful property and awesome location. The house was clean the beds were comfortable and everything worked. 850 vacations were excellent hosts. They communicated with us and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property as I would rent it again. Thanks 850!

Marriage By The Seaside!!

We booked this lovely home for 9 couples. We call it Marriage Transformation and it was just that! We loved everything about this home it was perfect for us. Location, space, and cleanliness!!! The staff was amazing and I really appreciate Chris!!!! We left a Bible there and she contacted me about it and we were able to get it thanks to Chris! This stay was nothing short of amazing!!!!!

Florida in a Day!!!

It wasn't anything short of AMAZING!!! The Host is amazing!!! She was definitely on top of everything!!! Quick replies and very patient. The location itself was just breath taking!!! They put a lot of effort into making sure you are more than comfortable!! I'd recommend 10 of 10 times!! I'll be revisiting this location soon.
