Each space boasts high-end furnishings and coastal modern decor- from the many sitting areas to the individual bedrooms- every nook is welcoming. While several of the en-suite rooms would classify as master suites in any house, the fourth floor master suite is larger than many apartments. It’s bathroom alone has megawatts of 'wow'. This house rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break, Summer and Thanksgiving.

This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee of $50 per day upon request to our office. There is an additional trip charge of $50 as well.

There is a private elevator on site for your use. You must abide the rules in the rental agreement to use the elevator. Included in your total is a fee charged for the use of the elevator.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
