With 955 sq. ft. of comfortable living space and a spacious 152 sq. ft. balcony overlooking the emerald waters, this condo is designed for families and friends who love to gather. The open living and dining area features floor-to-ceiling Gulf views, while the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops makes it easy to enjoy meals together. The primary bedroom includes balcony access and endless Gulf views, and the guest bedroom with a nearby bath is ideal for kids or friends. Whether you’re sharing stories over dinner, sipping coffee to the sound of the waves, or watching the sunset from your balcony, Pelican Beach 0913 is a place where family memories and beach days come naturally.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
