The Terrace at Pelican Beach, located in the heart of Destin, is one of the newest resorts on Miracle Strip. Your family vacation can be like no other, with views like nowhere in Destin at this beautiful highrise resort, you will remember this vacation above all others.

The Terrace Resort is part of the Pelican Beach Resort, and any amenity on either property is available for your usage. There are 3 outdoor pools & an indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, poolside deli, tennis, fitness center and the best of all, the Emerald Coast's beautiful scenery. You will have access to walking paths across and around the lake that sit just off your balcony, with a gazebo in the middle of lake for those romantic walks. The ocean is a short walk away (approx 200 yards), with a private walkway only for the Pelican Beach guests.

Want to be able to walk to everything? Then The Terrace is your preferred Destin beach vacation rental. Great family vacay spot

This place has it all. It was gorgeous and clean and it seems like the owner thought of it all. Coffee filters and grounds to get us started, a small bottle of dish detergent, etc. fully stocked kitchen with any pots/pans/utensils you could possibly need. It was virtually a (beautiful) home away from home. There were even sand toys and chairs/boogie boards. (I appreciated that so much having small children). Will 100% be coming back here in the future. The owner was even able to add on an extra night for us on very short notice which was much appreciated.

Beautiful condo, awesome location, right across from a nice water park. Close to lots of fun things.

The condo was amazing, owner was super nice, area was nice. Close to everything. The beach and ocean within a short walk. Our trip was amazing. The only thing I am worried about is that the maid, said that we broke a microwave handle that we didn't it was already like that, and a lamp was missing a screw that we never even used. I am hoping that we do not get charged for these things. Other then that our stay was amazing. I had planned on renting this condo again for next year. Hopefully the above issues can be fairly resolved.
