This beautiful vacation condominium is in the Pelican Beach Resort, part of the private Resorts of Pelican Beach condominium complex. The condominium has a private balcony shared by the living room and master bedroom offering a direct gulf-view towards the beach and emerald green waters and long views to the East along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico - perfect for enjoying our picturesque sunrises.

This is where you want to stay in Destin if you want to be directly on the beach and would like the option to walk to good restaurants, attractions and entertainment to be found in the Central Destin area.

This Two-Bedroom/Two Bath condominium offers 955 sf. ft. of interior space with a 152 sq. ft. of balcony space. The condominium sleeps a maximum of 6 people and offers one of the area's most unique gulf views of the Destin beaches.

It offers a master bedroom with plush King bed, en-suite bath, cable television and private balcony. The guest bedroom has either 1 Queen or 2 Twin beds.

As with all our vacation homes, the kitchens are equipped with full-sized range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and blender. This condominium is fully-stocked with linens and towels and is fully appointed with all the basics and some of the extras not normally found in vacation rentals.

To allow for optional sleeping arrangements, the living room features a pull-out Queen sofa bed.
This is "streaming-friendly" condominium offering a new level (100 Mbps) of high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access … perfect for the entire family!

Nice place to stay as family friendly. We stayed late May 2025 and the elevator near our condo was out of order. We were on the 6th floor so we took the stairs. The most problematic time was during check out. We were behind people who had waited 30 minutes to get on an elevator, so we had to skip it in order to get down and away. That being said - the amenities were great, the condo was clean and as presented. We would recommend the place to stay.

I would recommend Pelican Beach to anyone. Well cared for property. The biggest problem we had was with the elevators. Although we were there late November, there were still several condos occupied with 20 floors and probably 20 condos per floor. There were 4 elevators but only one operational so it did bother me to wait so long for the elevator. The location is perfect and the condo was everything we had hoped it would be.

Great time with our girls. Only thing is the company that provides chairs for the beach should be fired. The process is not effective and you can't see the beach due to so many unused chairs.

Great location and very popular

We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back! However, we will try to pick a time that might be less crowded if possible. We could not set up our chairs or umbrellas close to the water due to the five rows of reserved chairs at the resort. The room was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. I would suggest taking out the accessory decor and unnecessary silk plants so guest would have room to put their stuff when staying.

This was a great vacation for us. The property was clean and nice. What a relief to walk in to such a nice place and stay there all week. The location is great…the view was wonderful and the condo was very clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again. Check in was easy and we were even able to get in earlier than promised. The pools were very nice and plenty of chairs to use around the pools. The tiki bar and restaurant located by the pools was great. The location of the condo is in a great spot to walk to so many different locations…shopping food and even mini golf. We hardly used our car because we could walk to everything.
