This was our second time staying here in 3 years. Everything was great and the 4 stars is not any sort of knock on the owners, it’s because of the people below us that were outside smoking cigarettes, cigars, and other things that was creeping up to our balcony. So, if that doesn’t bother you, this place is amazing. If it does, or you are allergic, stay clear.

What a lovely place to stay! The hosts were so communicative and organized, welcoming, and were lightning fast responding to my questions. Their welcome email contained everything I needed to know and more!The condo was in top condition - fresh, clean, well-stocked and overall beautiful. We enjoyed having an oceanfront break, looking out at the crystal clear water. The parking was easy, elevators quick, building well maintained. Perhaps my favorite part, aside from the ocean view: it's right across the road from a Starbucks and a Dunkin, and maybe 1/2 mile from a great Winn Dixie grocery store, a Target and many restaurants. It was also great that the second bedroom had two queen beds. My 2 kids enjoyed having their own beds with plenty of space.The washer and dryer, A/C, appliances, and hot water were all great.Thank you to our hosts for such a wonderful stay - I hope we'll be back soon!

Nice view out the balcony place was clean. Accommodations were good only drawback is that the owner property manager does not allow for things to be left behind so there was no extras like spices storage containers, baggies, toilet paper, paper towels, etc..

Condo was just as described! We love the private beaches in Destin — many walks on the quiet, pristine beaches. The water is gorgeous from wherever it’s viewed with an array of blues and greens! This condo had amazing views … from the balcony and from inside with all the blinds open!Chris and Riley were so amazing to work with. We had booked to stay in February. A few days before our trip, we learned my husband’s cancer had returned and he needed immediate treatment. I reached out to Chris and Riley to see if we could do a swap for an opening the rental had in March. We were able to switch our stay to March and just pay the difference. It was such a blessing to be able to easily make the change! Being surrounded by God’s beauty was just what we needed - so healing!
