The space
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Rest easy in one of three beautifully styled bedrooms, each designed with plush bedding, soft linens, and upscale décor to provide comfort and privacy for your group. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, everyone can enjoy their own inviting space.

Bedroom Layout:
• Primary Bedroom – 1 King bed + ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2 – 1 Queen bed + work desk
• Bedroom 3 – 2 Full beds

Bathrooms:
• The ensuite features a private bath for the primary bedroom
• A second full bathroom is conveniently located between bedrooms 2 and 3
• Fresh towels and essential toiletries are fully stocked

Need extra sleeping space? Air mattresses are available upon request prior to check-in.

KITCHEN/LIVING:
The kitchen is outfitted with upgraded new stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops, fully equipped with state of the art appliances: blender, coffee makers, and air fryer. There’s plenty of dishware for large groups for both indoor and outdoor dining; all that and more will exceed your culinary expectations. The bright and airy kitchen allows for your culinary aspirations to come to life.

Venture out to the outdoor patio for fun in the sun. Outside you’ll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside or dabbling in sports: Golf and Pickleball.

Pets:
We welcome pets for a fee of $90 per pet per stay. Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool.

Property rules:
- Do not tamper with or adjust pool equipment. Damage to the equipment will result in charges for replacement or repair.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
- Mailbox access is unavailable.

Assumption of risk:
By booking this property, you assume full responsibility for supervising the safe use of the pool and spa and agree to hold the owner harmless for any damages or injuries that may occur.

Local Compliance: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

Damage Waiver (Optional):

Up to 10 nights: $59
11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights
Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights

Optional Upgrades:

Early Check-in: $30/hr
Late Check-out: $33/hr
Pool/Hot Tub Heating: $150/day, minimum 2 days, with 24 hours’ notice

Spa & Pool:

Spa heating included; 3-hour timer, can be turned on anytime.

Pool heating requires 24 hours to reach temperature; do not touch pool equipment—any damage is at guest’s expense.

Music: Allowed outdoors until 10:00 PM. Small portable speakers only; no large speakers, DJ equipment, or karaoke machines outdoors.

No Smoking: Strictly inside the house. $1,000 fee for violations.

Maintenance Access: By booking, you acknowledge and give permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may occur during your stay.
