We like to travel to Colorado a couple times a year and always stay at this hotel. The food has never been great but the location is fantastic and usually the staff is pretty nice. This time we did not have our typical experience. When checking out we had three extra charges on our credit card. We checked out early morning and the staff working wasn’t sure how to clear it up. He did take our phone number down and assured us a manager would call us that morning. We totally understood. When we arrived back home late that same afternoon we looked and saw that the charges were still there and an additional charge for $97.xx was now pending. We called the hotel and there was not a manager working. The staff member stated he would call the manager and have her call us back as he wasn’t able to help. We patiently waited another two days before calling again. At this point I was able to talk to the manager who said it was released and I should call my bank. I called the back who stated it wasn’t properly released and I should contact the hotel again. The credit card company also said if they are having troubles they can call and the credit card company would assist them with the process. When I called back to the hotel to speak with the manager she insisted that they are released. I explained to her the conversation with the credit card company and she stated that this is not her problem and there is nothing they can do. At this point I have pending charges that are going to go throu
