Staff was amazing if we needed anything they were very helpful. Love the free breakfast, and the laundry room was so helpful. Housekeeping always made sure we had what we needed. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Was clean and people that work there are amazing thank you.

The guy Robin, as he called himself was smug, non understanding, rude, playing on the computer and we thought he was trying to help, but he was just looking busy. To be fair he was from afar. The girls that worked the front desk area were helpful, friendly and on it. Robin on the other hand needs discipline!

This is the most underwhelming Staybridge I have ever stayed at. VERY dated, don’t let their online pictures fool you. The entire hotel smells like random glade plug ins , very dirty throughout. Our towels smelled sour, bathrooms were dirty , floors dirty. Breakfast is normally a staple of Staybridge and it was disappointing and cold. To top it all off the inspection on the elevator is EXPIRED! Staff was very nice but they have some serious upgrades needed in this place because it’s run down but hey if you like popcorn ceilings this is the place for you!

First impression wasn't great. The hotel is old, smells and looks old. The hallways and elevator have a stench. Check in process was painful. Normal check in for most hotel is 3pm. They start check in at 4pm. We had to wait an hour due to early arrival. They require a $100 deposit for "incidentals." I was made to pay the deposit twice because I added an additional day. I was checked into room 2220 but was actually given a key to 2202. Once they realized the error, no apology whatsoever. Staff wasn't warm or welcoming. They always had a serious look. Not very friendly. Room looked clean. I was impressed with the kitchen and how fully stocked it was. It had everything one needs in a kitchen, pots, dishes, utensils, toaster and coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable. I commend the housekeeping crew. They did a great job cleaning and providing fresh towels everyday. Some of the towels had permanent stains. Gross. Breakfast was decent. Not a lot of variety. Good beverage options. Overall experience wasn't great. I will not be returning. There are better options in the area.

This hotel is outdated. It looks nothing like the pictures that are shown on the internet. the reception area was fine, however, the rest of the place seemed dirty. There was liquid in the elevator, the rugs did not look vacuumed. They skipped one of the days of cleaning, saying they don't clean on weekends, but my brother in law on the lower floor got his room cleaned. Also, the set up of the hotel is very strange. It was not easy to find our room. The breakfast was good, however, there was no effort to keep the items stocked. Many things that ran out were not refilled...ie.Coffee
