I don't know if Corporate will even care about this review, but I thought about calling them... we had to wait an hour and a half after we arrived for our room to be ready, well after check-in time. When I went up to the counter again to see about our room, the front desk guy cracked a joke with the customer in front of me who wasn't on his reservation but his wife was and he had paid for it- the crack was insensitive to females, the holiday inn employee said "Sometimes paying for things doesn't always grant you the access you deserve" and it was that dude's fault my card was double charged- I was looking at the computer with the very helpful Front desk guy to figure it all out. We booked though orbitz so I already paid for the room, but before I left the next morning I checked my bank account and the hotel also charged me for the room. The funds won't be released for 2-5 days so I was double charged and the hotel charge was more than I paid for the room on orbitz. This is when emotional intelligence is important, when he offered me breakfast coupons for the second time I politely declined reminding him I already told him that my family will be having brunch for our wedding anniversary (not that we were there for that, we were there because of a death in our family). The garage up the ramp is ridiculously tight, it is obvious lots of people have had issues with this by the sheer amount of scrapes and scratches on the concrete walls. The bed was big and comfy, the pillows were

I think that it really needs some upgrades, especially the shower area. Some of the grout was missing or discolored.

The front desk staff was excellent. They were very responsive to any request and helpful when asked about the local area. Charles at the front desk was very accommodating. There was one odd thing I noticed about the hotel. They rent their pool out so local instructors can teach swim lessons. It made the shallow areas of the pool a little crowded. This isn't something that would deter me from staying here again though. Just thought others with small children might want to know.

Nice location across from super target. Nice warm pool. No free breakfast . They had to change my room. The tub had an rusty spot as big as my fist. First night no bath , second day they found me a nice room. ( they showed me a second room the first night that also had a tub problem). The bed was wonderful , and I had a mountain view which was lovely at sunrise.

I honestly didn't spend too much time in the hotel, except to sleep. When I was there, the room was mostly quiet (753). It happened to be right next to some sort of service stairwell or closet. During the active times of housekeeping I heard a few things shuffle against the adjoining wall. But nothing at all that made me upset. The bathroom and vanity were fine. The bed was insanely comfy. The lighting in the room and the view were pretty great. I got to see one beautiful sunset on the day I just happened to retire early. Checkout was smooth and easy. And check in was even easier. I arrived much earlier than the 3pm checkin time and they had the room ready in no more than ten minutes.

We were only in town for three days and not in the room very much, but it was nice to have a clean and comfortable room to come back to after the festivities of the day.

The room was neat and clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location was good and the view of the mountain range was amazing. I think in general everyone in Denver was welcoming and courteous including all the staff at the hotel.

The room was nicely decorated and my stay was nice and quiet.

The hotel was clean, had stores and 24 hour fitness right across the street. Staff was super friendly

Friendly staff, comfy rooms. Breakfast not included in room price but everything else was superb!

Hotel was as expected. Not a lot of frills, but clean & neat. We had a room on the 6th floor. Nice sized room- no issues with hotel noise. Didn't use the pool, but I wouldn't have based on the way it looked. Hotel bar was clean & had a nice patio area. Only issue at all with the hotel is the underground parking. The stalls are very small & most of them are adjacent to cement support beams, which makes parking an adventure!

This is one of the noisiest hotels I have ever stayed at. I was there for 3 nights. The first night you could hear people walking up and down the hall and room doors closing shut all night long. The second night wasn't as bad, but I was still woken periodically by people walking in the halls or doors closing. The third night was by far the quietest. In addition, the sinks and hair dryers are not in the bathroom, so you can hear the people in the next room using the hair dryer. This hotel could use with some quality sound proofing in the hallways. Service in the hotel restaurant was slow, but the food was good. The other thing that was off putting about my stay was that there was an inappropriate sticker advertising the hotel bar/restaurant stuck on the bathroom mirror. It said "everyone looks better after a 'rita." I understand that this meant to be a joke, but this is really sending the wrong message.

Staff was nice, but I did not like the parking garage and the air in the room was hit and miss. Breakfast was sub par.

Maritini bar being repaired. Not alot going on in the area.

Nice hotel in cherry creek area. Across from target and close to restaurant. Walking distance from cheery creek walking and bike trail. Hotel has a restaurant, bar, indoor pool and workout room

Disappointed in the condition of the hotel. Didn't live up to the other Holiday Inn Express hotels I've stayed in. The water stood in the tub after a shower. And you could smell an awful smell from either the A/c unit or the bathroom drains. The personnel seemed indifferent. Will not stay there again.

some surface very dusty, such as tissue box and coffee machine. toilet was not cleaned thoroughly. Good location. close to cherry creek shopping center. When I stayed there, seems there were some youth event going on. Teenage girls talking and running in the hallway well in to 1am.

This hotel was very clean, exactly as pictured and extremely comfortable. I really appreciated the covered parking, tons of power outlets and the rolling desk that allowed me to compute in bed without straining my neck. For a budget stay this place hits the spot.

The room was lovely and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great location in Cherry Creek at a reasonable price.
