I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and the experience has, more often than not, been a pleasing one. The only issue with this particular stay was the cleanliness of the room. Ive worked housekeeping at multiple hotels so I know the tricks and shortcuts housekeepers take and I could definitely tell that was done here. The shower hadn't been cleaned and the bed was made with the sheets fr the previous guest. Upon turning the bed down there was hair in the bed and wrinkled sheets. The shower also still had hair left over from the previous guest.
We Felt perfectly safe, very courteous staff, and very clean.
Friendly staffs, nice and clean area! Room was warm and cozy! Everything was in place!
