Recent guest reviews

I stayed there about three years ago, but it has declined terribly. It looks old and worn. I had to wait 10 minutes to get registered because the clerk was upstairs doing something. The room had lots of damage and age. The fan didn't work in the bathroom. Just sad because there's several competitors around this place!

The surrounding area is quite nice: clean, safe, and adjacent to I-25 which makes for easy commutes. However, the hotel itself needs some love. The room was not very clean and smelled like pot, the breakfast was disappointing, and overall it seemed rundown. Disappointed and will most likely not be staying here again.

Arrived at property and the homelessness & drug use is blatantly obvious. The room carpets and sheets were soiled. The attempt at room change produced the same results. The staff at counter were unfriendly & non accommodating. Finally switched over to a sister hotel @ Best Western to find the same if not worse conditions. The crime in the area is so bad, they need your ID to utilize the luggage carts. The only upside about that switch to the Best Western was the counter person (Nate) did his best to accommodate us.

Room was dirty

Two rooms that I booked were both king rooms on the 2nd floor. Ice machine on our floor was broken. Rooms were musty and smelled like cigarettes. Shower curtain rod in one of the rooms was literally falling off the wall. Kept having to hold the curtain closed so water didn’t end up on the floor. And to top it all off. Some guys were living in a camper on the property.

It was a nice hotel for the night. Our tv remote didn’t work but the buttons on the tv did. Half the king-sized bed was in front of the tv and the other half was in front of the microwave. Weird layout but it worked for the night we stayed.

Hotel was old, dirty, and smelly. Night staff was friendly, morning staff less so.

Was nice area my toilet over flooded an kept til they came up an stopped it thats what i woke up to there was nasty toilet water everywere.

It was just fine

They never gave me the WiFi info. Also, there was no breakfast although I was told I would get some when I checked in. I checkout around 9:00 am. Nothing.

There was nothing to like unless you like Cigarette burns in the windows curtains and public hair on the toilet seat. We walked in and walked right back out with out touching anything.

Lisa, the front desk women, was lovely and very helpful! The man who works the nights, is rude and doesn’t pay attention to who is coming or going. The property is very run down, as well as the room. Our rooms carpeting had not been vacuumed and the bathroom had hair all over the floor.

We left the sign out to not be disturbed but still had a knock at 9am asking if we were leaving...we booked two nights and were still sleeping. Unfortunately our unit had a broken shower handle, the vent in the bathroom did not work (which is why there was an inch long portion of the top of the bathroom, to vent?) this caused a scent of moldiness to hit the occupant as they enter the unit. The unit was mostly clean just very worn. Breakfast was ok if all you can is a waffle, coffee and a frozen egg. But at the end of the day for the price, you get what you pay for.

Close to freeway so that was good. Overall the place needed some touch-up paint in the hallways and in the units on trim....

Comfortable and staff was congenial. The bathroom water faucets were reversed: cold on the left and hot on the right.

The microwave and mini fridge came in handy. Quiet, clean, and breakfast was good.
