Cleaning service never came, had had to ask for sheets and towels every day. The tv”s suck they are not smart and don’t even have a usb port. They don’t load. It’s like watching scrambled channels the whole time. The bed sucks it’s incredibly firm and not comfortable. I won’t come back. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, but also acted like oh well?

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We appreciated its convenient location, the comfortable room, and the cleanliness throughout the property. The room and cleaning service were exceptional. However, our only observation concerns the breakfast. While we understand that Comfort Suites typically offers a similar breakfast menu, we’ve noticed minor variations at other locations. At this hotel, there were no changes at all, the same scrambled eggs with sausage every day. It would have been nice to see some variety in the menu from time to time.

The room was okay, the outside didn’t match the inside. The doors were locked after 12am and we had to knock on the door to get let into the lobby. The pool and hot tub were closed but didn’t say why.

Several lights were not working. Desk said maintenance only there during day. Heater off in room on December 29, was 60 in room. Heater not easy to use. We had no lights on that side of room working. Used phone light, but we went from hot to freezing all night. Had a $100 deposit. For what ?

The grand buffet breakfast that is advertised is not a grand buffet breakfast. It is just scramble eggs, sausage that does not tast goo and a waffle machine you need to wait 20 mins in line to make your own waffles. At other Comfort INN and Suites locations they offer a much better variety including biscuits and gravy but not at this location. The breakfast is a poor rating and just not good. The room are dated with no SMART TVs so the in room entertainment is outdated as well as the bath tub for showers are dirty. This location needs updated. Staff also smoking marijuna right outside of the doors entrance so as soon as I take my kid outside he is exposed to a strong marijuna smell
