Crowne Plaza Downtown Denver

The hotel is under construction. They were doing work in the breakfast room while we were trying to eat. The dinner was not good in the restaurant.

Dirty towel left in the bathroom from previous guest

The hotel was in a good location for walking to restaurants and bars. I would stay here again if there was no construction going on.

The front staff was very nice and extremely accommodating. The rooms were okay. Pretty dated, typical for an older hotel. It was basically a place for me to sleep.

pool closed 4 party. wish u would havecalled 2 let me know. music blasting .terriable!!! would hava changed hotel 4 out door pool!!!!

Didn't spend much time at the hotel but it was nothing fancy. Great location to downtown.

Rooms and halls very dated. Hotel also under remodeling construction making it very dirty and noisy!

Good experience. Nice hotel and convenient for shopping, restaurants and bars.

You can tell it's an older hotel. They're under renovation right now. For the price it's a nice hotel. The parking isn't free. It's $27 or $28 a day. They have a basic coffee machine but a piece was missing and I couldn't make any coffee. Bathroom is small. Bedding was okay.

Room did not have microwave or fridge which was disappointing, however I did not call the front desk as we were ready to be settled and did not want to change rooms (if they offered). The location was great and there was a lot of choices for dining, shopping and walking within one block. The hotel's restaurant was closed but they did offer the same menu in the bar area. We did get coffee and a muffin for breakfast one morning but at $27 for three of us I thought was alittle pricey. Overall there were no major complaints and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic view on the 21st floor.however, there was a mystery stain on the floor at the foot of the bed,and in the bathroom looked like blood or some red liquid has splattered the wall of the bathroom. The hotel is under renovations, I could not tell if our room was one of the rooms already renovated. The ceiling tile was stained and cracked in our room as well.

Hotel room was clean and the hotel staff was professional and friendly and very helpful. The hotel is only a block away from the Pavilion shopping center. Close to lots of restaurants and attractions. They were doing construction when I was there but it wasn't disruptive. I would stay there again the next time I am in town.

I arrived late in the day expecting to rest but my room heater did not work. It was the most uncomfortable night ever. They did fix it the next day but the damage was already done. Parking is also a rip off, they charge you almost thirty bucks a day. For the room rate plus parking you can definitely get a better place elsewhere. Unless you are desperate I would not recommend staying here.

This place is near the best part of Denver. I enjoyed all the great restaurants nearby.

I didn't spend much time in this hotel, since I was just driving down and needed a spot before flying out the next morning. It was lively when I got there that night around 10 PM (on a Saturday), and close to walk to lots of fun spots. The room itself was OK, with a noisy heater that didnt do much heating. My view of the parking lot left some to be desired as well. Still, it was convenient and they tried to make my stay pleasant.

Hotel is pretty dated. Older furnishings and fixtures, low tile ceilings, narrow hallways, and very tired carpet. Beds were saggy and not very comfy, and one was not properly made. Staff were friendly and helpful, however, and locale is convenient for Lodo and downtown. We really just needed a place to crash, so this was fine. Did not try food or bar. Service at the lobby Starbucks was very slow.

friendly staff and good location, price was a little high, comfy bed but minimal food selections.

The staff I met were all very helpful and efficient at their jobs. When I needed help with something such as hailing a cab or getting directions to a certain place, they were all eager to please. The room was nice and had all the necessary items to make the stay pleasant. The location of the hotel was great and it was very easy to get to the 16th Street Mall and other locations of interest such as Civic Center Park, Denver Art Museum, History Colorado Center, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was okay. Good for why we were there. I'd pick a different one for a true vacation. Fairly old and just not all that clean. Also rooms and halls were dark. Good area to be for walking in the city.

Overall review is a 3 its mainly due to the hotel being under renovations during my stay. Would have been a 4 otherwise. The lobby area was in disarray due to construction and the bar was closed/off limits. Parking in the building is a little strange due to how old the structure is. Despite these inconveniences the hotel rates were very affordable compared to nearby alternatives. Overall I would stay here again for business due to the affordability and location though will wait until renovations are completed to return.
