Crowne Plaza Downtown Denver

Great rates, great hotel bar and food! However, construction in the hotel made the comfort in the room sometimes unbearable. Other than that, I would go back

Older hotel that has been nicely renovated. Room was modern, comfortable and well laid out. Staff was very friendly. Close walk to convention center and downtown.

I am used to the Crowne Plaza being a relatively nice hotel to stay in. This one was dirty and smelled of mold and mildew everywhere with the worst being the rooms themselves. I would never stay here again.

This hotel is nicely located but smells and is dirty. Additionally, they did not have the room reserved correctly despite having a prepaid reservation and were completely unhelpful in resolving the fact that they expected a family of 4 to sleep in one queen sized bed.

Dated hotel. Needs a makeover breakfast was good. A bit pricy for what you get. Really more like a two star hotel

A quick overnight- close to downtown and close enough to Red Rocks. Nice pool and bar. Close to mall.

The hotel is under construction. They were doing work in the breakfast room while we were trying to eat. The dinner was not good in the restaurant.

Dirty towel left in the bathroom from previous guest

The hotel was in a good location for walking to restaurants and bars. I would stay here again if there was no construction going on.

The front staff was very nice and extremely accommodating. The rooms were okay. Pretty dated, typical for an older hotel. It was basically a place for me to sleep.

pool closed 4 party. wish u would havecalled 2 let me know. music blasting .terriable!!! would hava changed hotel 4 out door pool!!!!

Didn't spend much time at the hotel but it was nothing fancy. Great location to downtown.

Rooms and halls very dated. Hotel also under remodeling construction making it very dirty and noisy!

Good experience. Nice hotel and convenient for shopping, restaurants and bars.

You can tell it's an older hotel. They're under renovation right now. For the price it's a nice hotel. The parking isn't free. It's $27 or $28 a day. They have a basic coffee machine but a piece was missing and I couldn't make any coffee. Bathroom is small. Bedding was okay.

Room did not have microwave or fridge which was disappointing, however I did not call the front desk as we were ready to be settled and did not want to change rooms (if they offered). The location was great and there was a lot of choices for dining, shopping and walking within one block. The hotel's restaurant was closed but they did offer the same menu in the bar area. We did get coffee and a muffin for breakfast one morning but at $27 for three of us I thought was alittle pricey. Overall there were no major complaints and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic view on the 21st floor.however, there was a mystery stain on the floor at the foot of the bed,and in the bathroom looked like blood or some red liquid has splattered the wall of the bathroom. The hotel is under renovations, I could not tell if our room was one of the rooms already renovated. The ceiling tile was stained and cracked in our room as well.

Hotel room was clean and the hotel staff was professional and friendly and very helpful. The hotel is only a block away from the Pavilion shopping center. Close to lots of restaurants and attractions. They were doing construction when I was there but it wasn't disruptive. I would stay there again the next time I am in town.

I arrived late in the day expecting to rest but my room heater did not work. It was the most uncomfortable night ever. They did fix it the next day but the damage was already done. Parking is also a rip off, they charge you almost thirty bucks a day. For the room rate plus parking you can definitely get a better place elsewhere. Unless you are desperate I would not recommend staying here.

This place is near the best part of Denver. I enjoyed all the great restaurants nearby.
