Very disappointed as an IHG member with my experience. There was a tile that was jutting above the others in the bathroom. When I came out from the shower I caught my toe. It was so painful and turned into a horrible, purple sprain. Very hard to sleep or walk. My point is the staff was not helpful, did not offer any help to bring ice until I begged very uninterested desk girl who claimed she was the only attendant and I could call a manager in the morning. The motel needs staff customer service training too. Still hurting days later and was not compensated of my room, brought a free breakfast or cared about at all! I feel this Sanger motel is just about money grubbing!
