The hotel itself is huge with very luxurious lobby and common spaces, the room itself was super average but clean. I can’t recommend the spa enough, the massages were the best I’ve ever gotten and the staff all around was super friendly and helpful even going out of their way to help. Just a quick five minute walk to the beach and a lot of good restaurants

I did like the gym and smoothie bar, sauna and cold plunge that was available…pretty extensive for a property. The buffet had a good assortment of local Balinesian and western food choices. The rooms were well appointed, I wish they had outside balconies on the upper floors, yet that is the design of the building, vs the property itself

Big hotel, ~300 bedrooms and many meeting/conference facilities. Some of the bedroom fixtures and fittings needed attention. Probably a 400m walk from the street entrance to my room. Well-equipped and well-attended gym. No Indonesian food restaurant options due (I was told) to March being a quiet month. Good breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Big pool between 200m long accommodation blocks, not used because of wet weather. This is a good hotel for business and conference guests, but is too far from good quality tourist prerequisites such as shopping, range of eateries, massage/spa services, etc.
