Beautiful location; nice pool and beach. Our original room had stairs (we're in our 70s) and it smelled of mildew/mold and we found evidence of mold. Because of the time of year there were no options available for other rooms. We slept in that room with the AC on full and the windows open. We got relocated to another room the next morning thanks to the assistant manager. That room was OK, but also had some maintenance issues. The remaining two nights went OK. The property is in serious need of room renovations; they could add amenities such as breakfast options.

Wonderful place with great views. Property was located on a private beach with an outdoor and indoor pool and hot tub. Also there was a fire pit which was great to sit by at the end of our day. The staff was wonderful very helpful, particularly Yolanda and Eve who truly made our stay great. Would definerly go back again.

We had a wonderful couple of days of family fun and relaxation. Olivia was super accommodating at check in, and even checked in on us a couple of times throughout our stay via text message to see if there was anything we needed. What a nice touch. Plenty to do in and around Dennis and just about an hour ride out to Provincetown with many interesting towns along the way. Will definitely plan a return stay.

We had a nice time off-season. Unfortunately the weather was terrible, but there was plenty to do in the area. The property is in great shape, and the staff were very nice. The outdoor hot tub was closed, that would have been nice, and the indoor pool was a little cold, but all in all, we had a great time and would stay again.
