Great location, quiet area of the Cape.

Really nice family-owned hotel. Not fancy, but everything was clean and in good repair, and the location (right on the beach on Nantucket Sound) was perfect!

The room was cute and had a window facing the ocean but no screen to open and enjoy. The bathroom was clean but no place to put toiletries for two people. I thought I spent the extra money for breakfast but the paper tucked into the envelope with the keys said breakfast was $17+ . There was 1 light for the entire room. Was it okay, yes. Would I go back, no.

The place itself is great, but unfortunately there was a big wedding party staying there and my girlfriend and I were the only people not apart of that party. They were extremely noisy throughout the entire night, up until 2am to 3am. We hardly got any sleep due to the party happening directly outside our window outside. They were talking loudly, cheering, playing music. We were extremely frustrated because there is no staff around during the night so it was lawless, is what it felt like. Very hesitant to rebook this place because of this experience, even though we want to come back to the Cape this summer.

Really enjoyed our "By the Sea". Our room, one of the less expensive rooms with a view of the parking lot and another building was, nevertheless, very comfortable. Excellent king bed was, efficient, quiet AC, large enough to move around. The location -right on the beach with a sea-view breakfast room.Breakfast was terrific - freshly made muffins, eggs, meats, fresh fruit. A good value.

Loved our time here. Check-in/check-out was easy. The owners are super nice & welcoming. Love the location, it is right on the beach. Breakfast is included and was delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed only one night to visit our daughter who lives in the area. We LOVE this place. Tom was incredibly accommodating to our needs and very knowledgeable about the area. It’s situated right on a beautiful beach and has amazing views. We were unable to take advantage of the breakfast, but from everything else we saw/experienced I am confident it would have been top notch! We will definitely return!

A priceless find

It was amazing. The owner and general manager were so hospitable and accommodating. The location is right on the beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas to make your time pleasurable. There’s a large fire pit with comfortable sofas to enjoy the evening. The rooms are spotless and the entire property well maintained. Personally, we found our new yearly go to spot for a relaxing getaway.

The heat was not great where we stayed, loved the place in spite of this. Could never get it above 69 degrees, there were gas logs which were nice but you could not run continuously.

Two night stay

Disappointed you had to request room to be cleaned. Air conditioner was either too hot or too cold. Could not regulate. The people who work there were very friendly and accommodating.

Room was clean and quiet. Parking was easy. Front desk staff was friendly and informative. Loved the private beach access on the property. Breakfast was amazing—just keep in mind that breakfast is only served from 8-10 am, so if you have early scheduled tours, you will have to find breakfast elsewhere. We were only able to enjoy breakfast our last day due to scheduling. Overall—recommend! Would definitely stay at this location again!

Needs some tlc but nice.

We had a nice trip hotel is showing signs or age bathroom had pain pealing and rust stains under ac. AC extremely loud. Service greatest everyone very friendly and helpful. Great view of the beach from our room.
