The location by the sea is fabulous! Great views and easy access for a walk on the beach. Convenient mid cape location for our first trip. Hospitality really stood out! Highly recommend

Rooms are small, table and a chair would be helpful to sit on a computer. Nice location, beach access and nice breeze. Breakfast is the best part.
