We were there for only one night for our 16th anniversary. It was better than anticipated. great food at the restaurant and the staff were so helpful pleasant and accommodating. it was so tranquil and peaceful. so, needed. We will definitely visit again and maybe this time be able to take a lake tour too.

I would rate this property 3 stars overall, mostly due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. From my deck I could see the roof of another section of the hotel, and the gutters were not maintained—there were weeds, leaves, and corrosion visible. Inside the room we noticed bugs, including a spider near the balcony door and a mosquito inside. Screened balcony doors would help allow fresh air without pests. The bed was not properly made, the sheets weren’t tucked in, and the duvet had black residue on it, so I requested new bedding. The hallway stairs also looked worn and needed shampooing. Ice machines and microwaves were limited and should be more accessible, ideally in every hallway. On the positive side, the spa services were excellent. Both my husband and I received treatments and I would highly recommend Jennifer for a back treatment. The staff overall was very kind and professional, which stood out. However, the men’s facilities were disappointing. When I visited in April, many amenities weren’t working, and by September nothing had changed. My husband described it as a boring locker room, which made paying for amenities frustrating since we couldn’t fully enjoy them. The only features we shared were the salt room and pool, but the salt room itself needs upgrades—the glue between bricks was visible, and the space didn’t feel clean. Overall, for the price, it wasn’t worth it. The spa team and staff were the highlight, but the lack of upkeep and limited amenities lowered th

Lake view was beautiful however room was not the cleanest and looked run down in some areas. (paint chipped, bugs, staining) Dining options were difficult at the end of the night as the restaurant no longer answered the phones past 9 pm. Also there is a 25$ per hour late checkout fee. Parking is also extremely inconvenient and not accessible. There are no lights to see when it gets dark and lots fill up quickly, meaning you need to park far away from your room to get a spot. An average walk from the lot to your room is 10 mins.

Clean hotel with a well appointed lobby. Beautiful harbor views. Nice location on the LG walking trail. We did not eat at the restaurants or use the spa. Negatives-Requested connecting or close rooms with booking, Rooms in different buildings. No water dispenser with cups in the lobby. One room smelled like dog. Wedding guests take over the firepits, unusable for other guests. Lighting poor in rooms and bathroom. Coffee shop line extremely long with slow, unfriendly service - though coffee was excellent.

Overall a good stay with a great spa experience. Only thing we noticed is the hallways leading to the rooms were outdated and not air conditioned leading to a musty smell inside. The rooms themselves were great!
