"I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The hair dryer in our room didn’t work at all, which was inconvenient, especially in the morning when we were trying to get ready. On top of that, the air conditioner was extremely noisy — loud enough to disrupt sleep — so we had to choose between being too warm or being kept awake.
What made things more frustrating was that our room was next to the outside stairwell, and we could hear people going up and down throughout the night. This wouldn’t have been as big of an issue if the hotel had been fully booked, but it clearly wasn’t, which made the room assignment feel careless.
Overall, the stay was manageable, but these issues definitely impacted our comfort. With a few improvements in maintenance and room allocation, the experience could be much better."
