No the room was fine staff was pleasant just one major problem I booked thru your site and I requested handicapped accessible room for my 82 year old mother. it was not handicapped accessible. Unfortunately came in late and did not check the bathroom. The desk blamed you. I can be very well mistaken but I I am nearly positive I ordered and asked for that room to be handicapped accessible.
