"Good Morning, Im reaching out with disappointment in this hotel, supposed 4 star resort. From the moment, I walked in I was felt unwelcomed as the front desk young man seemed that he was mad that he had to work. I get it, no one likes working on the weekend but dont make the customer feel like they are an inconvenience to your day. I get here and learn I have to park across the street and cross a road with a 3 year old. This is never mentioned at any point in any of the descriptions for the hotel. Then, I have to pay $25 to park my vehicle? An absolute joke. As soon as I entered the lobby, I could immediately tell by the aesthetic that this was a run down and not kept up with place to stay. The owners should be ashamed, because this should be a nice place. I pay $321 for a single night, only to go in my room and lay down after a long exhausting day and trip here to learn that the sheets are wet from who the hell knows what. Not to mention, the middle of both mattresses have 0 spring left and feel like youre falling into the ground. There is no microwave and the mini fridge that was placed into the room which looks like it was just recently randomly placed in here, doesnt even keep a drink cool although it was turned all the way up. No balcony, no nothing. I could barely see out of my window for the "oceanfront view" because it hasnt been cleaned on the outside in probably years. Do not call this place a resort any longer please, this Hilton is a joke...ESPECIALLY for the pr"
