Not gonna lie I was a little nervous when we got there, but it ended up to be absolutely amazing!!! The Vrbo homeowner was an absolute Angel! He helped us with anything and everything we needed… The chickens in the bunnies were an absolute blessing! True peace and serenity would go back in a heartbeat

The pictures are NOT accurate. We did not even stay 2 hrs. Mouse poop on floor, no stove, no washer or dryer. Patio covered in dirt chicken poop and leaves. Patio furniture was discusting and dirty. You didn't even want to sit on it. Yard. Not mowed. Junk sitting all over. Do not book

This location is great if you’re trying to get ahead of the line at Old Sugar Mill, since it's just a few minutes away. Eric provides a very quaint experience with many thoughful details to offer a comfortable and convenient stay. The games and putting green were a hit. Here's a review by my 11 and 13 year olds: We highly recommend! The animals are social and the bunnies are really cool to hold. Salem the kitten was so friendly and playful. Eric rescues animals. Gator the dog was friendly and playful. The chickens were fun to watch. Eric was very nice.

Wonderful little place to stay. My kids loved the chickens and bunnies. The host even had treats the kids got to bring out to the animals. So sweet. Also the house had a great assortment of board games for that afternoon thunderstorm that hits Florida everyday.

This was such a great little find for our family of 4! The girls absolutely loved getting to feed the chickens and hold the bunnies. It was clean and super close to the springs and the cute downtown area in deland for shopping and restaurants.
