We arrived at the property at 4pm only be told that our room AC is broken the day prior and it wont be fixed for the duration of our stay. The only option front desk gave us is stay in the room without a working AC or book in another hotel. Imagine being told this while its raining out and we have 3 kids with us. A notification from the hotel of the AC condition would have been helpful prior check in, but nope! They did not let us know in advance despite them knowing about it the day before. I asked the front desk lady if we could check the room, if air condition is bearable and front desk acted like its very inconvenient. She didnt even try to check if other rooms are available, nope! No compassion! I had to ask before she checks but nada, and no effort at all. We ended staying there still, good thing the weather is nice that night but the morning-early evening feels warm in the room. I have to call front desk next day to check if other room becomes available, unfortunately none but still they did not offer anything to make our stay easier. Worst HILTON VACATION CLUB stay ever!!!!

We came into the front desk without a reservation and was welcomed by someone who helped us book a room. It was really early and we knew we might have an issue checking in that early… he made it really simple by taking our number and texting us when it was. We were amazed at how nice and big the room was. The ceiling fans were excellent, the couch was soft. We are already talking about coming back to this location next year. Well done and the only complaint was thw noise , but that isn’t something you can control and we were aware of the construction still going on from Milton. So all that is understanding and won’t keep us from coming back. Thank you

All, There were so many things wrong .The lazy river , nothing worked . The stones burned our feet. The whole area was too small . The room too small or designed wrong for a pull out .The bed was harder than a rock. For a hilton the bed quality horrible . To top it all off there wasn't a continental breakfast. The price for what we received , way over priced. Another thing when you try to step out on the balcony The level of the bottom of the door .

We stayed for a two night weekend and found the location good. The room was nice, could see it would be a good option for a longer stay - bedsit type set up with combo kitchen, sitting and bedroom. Bed was comfy and shower was good. Only issue was a big cockroach stuck on the sheer curtain. I asked at the front desk if someone could remove it but no-one did. Not really shocked about the cockroach - it’s Florida, but it would have been nice if the request had been met. I mentioned it again when I was checking out and the staff went up immediately to take care of it then. Nice restaurant, Stonewood Grill, just across the street was good. Pool area was nice. Would stay again.
