This hotel is amazing when you are on a budget. The outside is kind of run down but the rooms are clean, the breakfast is hot, the staff is helpful and friendly and the owner Grace is onsite often and will bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is family run and Grace’s grandson (adorable little boy) is around often helping out with his dad. The hotel itself is literally feet from the beach and the sunrises are amazing!

Crystal at the front desk made this a five star experience. She is kind, compassionate, and has excellent customer service skills. The ocean view room with jacuzzi tub was perfect for one of the coldest days in decades in Florida. The free breakfast was filling and offered a nice variety of cooked food as well as cereal and fruit. You can’t beat the location, price and customer care.

Room was okay, smelled like watered down Clorox (the kind that burns your eyes/nose). Sheets were not clean (found a couple stains). Bathroom still had previous residents trash in the shower (opened bar soap and opened conditioner) kinda gross but we just endured it for our stay.
