Good communication with host. House was clean..lots of towels and utensils etc. Having a dishwasher and washer/dryer was very nice. Landscaping looks like it took a hit due to the recent FL freeze.

Loved my stay. Completely 5 star cleanliness, description, communication and location. The pool gets 4 stars but I I have my own pool which I'm sort of a nut about but the weather was pretty crappy. My only suggestion would be to have a pool net available. Parking can be pretty tight but we made it work with my friends Tundra and my Rogue. Would definitely stay again!

The property looks small from the outside, but had very good spacing on the interior. We wished for a little more space on the inside but was very manageable. It was close to our venue, and was thankful.

Great beach property near downtown

Property was well-kept and comfortable, living room and kitchen on one side with bedrooms on the other. Conducive to entertaining small groups between the open concept living area and the novel backyard. Pool and outdoor seating were a nice touch and the proximity to the Ocean Center and downtown were definite perks.

Chris was a great communicator, we had everything we needed!! Backyard was super cute and fenced so our dogs could run around. We were walking distance to so many restaurants and bars. We had a great time!! Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks for making our experience great!!!

Awesome location to the Ocean Center, house was very clean..smelled great when we opened the door

Loved the fenced in backyard for our dogs to run in, they thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved sitting out back under patio. Bed was softer then I'm used to but was really comfortable. Again, location was great to the ocean center which is why we went to Daytona for a convention there.

The description was not accurate. One bathroom is detached in rear yard. Trash bags in backyard plus an animal galvanized round water trough with stale water and leaves. Garage not tidy at all.

Clean and Convenient!

This house is on a quiet street within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, pier, restaurants etc. My husband and I didn't get back into our car until we were leaving. This is quite likely the cleanest property we have ever stayed in, some people confuse dated with dirty, the bathroom is a little dated but immaculate- the rest of the house is completely renovated and very well done. The king bed and couch were extremely comfortable and the AC kept the house cool even in the intense July heat. The fenced-in yard has plenty of seating and some cute added features that we didn't take advantage of (we are empty nesters with just furry kids now), it would definitely keep young children entertained. Chris' communication was excellent! I am hoping to plan a trip a girls trip down to Daytona in the future and would absolutely stay here again!

The place said sleeps 10 but i was charged extra for adding a kid making our group total 5 but i had already put money down and didnt want to lose some of the deposit so i paid the extra 55. Then we get there and the cowboy pool is dirty. we cant even use it until the next day which is unprofessional especially after i had to pay extra and cant even use the pool on the property. They should have gave me the extra money they charged me back. There arent any tvs in the bedrooms so we couldnt even relax in the rooms. The guy did come the next day to clean the pool but i would definitely not stay there again. Just my opinion

Disappointed and Frustrated – Would Not Rent

Rented this property for a family getaway, mainly because it advertised a pool—which turned out to be completely unusable. The water was stagnant and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. I messaged the host daily and kept getting the same vague response: “Someone will be there ASAP.” Spoiler: no one ever showed. Try explaining to a heartbroken 4-year-old why she can’t swim in what looks like a swamp.To make matters worse, I’m still waiting on my security deposit. They claimed it was “processed” on April 7th, even though I checked out on April 3rd. It’s now April 17th, and surprise—they’ve stopped responding to my messages entirely.The property itself was meh—decent enough for the price, but the backyard was a mess and not maintained. Between the false advertising, poor communication, and missing deposit, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Rent somewhere else unless you enjoy chasing down hosts and managing toddler meltdowns.

Perfect location

We were at a 6 day event at the Ocean Center and this house could not have been in a better location. It was also close to the beach and boardwalk. Property was exactly as described. Very clean! Owner was always quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again when in the Daytona Beach area!

Very small but clean

Driveway is very small as well and the lights shining in bedroom windows make it hard to sleep. The place was clean. The backyard should have been cleaned up and the accessibility to functioning water hoses would have been great. I would recommend for just a few people and a short stay.

Will stay again!

We loved staying here. The place was just lovely. The beds were comfy and it was very clean. Loved having a washer and dryer and being so close to the beach. I'm not sure why others were "worried" about the neighborhood. There is NOTHING unsafe about the area. Across the street is the conference center which had events at it and the neighborhood houses were just as lovely. Chris was very helpful answering all my questions and we loved there were beach chairs and an umbrella. We left a boogie and skim board for future guests. Thanks again Chris!
