So close to everything. So many food choices.
About half way between UD and Downtown; 5 minutes each way. We highly recommend South Park Tavern for the best Pizza in town!

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay! We found lots to do in the immediate area when we weren’t at Dayton Arena for color guard. The property was easily accessed and was super comfortable. We will stay there again.
