We try to stay here every time we visit Dayton (usually every 6 weeks or so) to see family. The staff is always friendly, the room is clean, nice breakfast, all at a great price.

Friendly staff and a great breakfast in the mornings. My only complaint was our bathroom. Due to no ventilation fan, the paint was cracking and peeling on the ceiling and the shower liner appeared to have mold spots.
