The Super 8 Danville was a good value for the money. The mattress was soft, and it seemed like we fell into the center of the bed and it was hard to get out of it, but I didn't experience any back pain, which could happen with a soft mattress. The breakfast choices were two regular cereals plus oatmeal. ...

Excellent breakfast, unclean pool, non-secure side door, decent rooms, and all the staff besides the manager didn't know how to answer our questions.

Given that it's in the "Industrial Park" area near Danville, the accommodations are not bad at all. The area looks sketchy, and some of the other motels in that location are far less appealing to the eye from the outside, however, Sleep Inn and Suites makes up for that inside. It's not a fancy place, but it is comfortable and probably one of the best places in the Danville area. The breakfast is not bad either - egg circles, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, cereal, pastries and breads, the expected juices, fruits, and coffee. The staff were friendly and mostly out of sight.
Hotel was very clean, and staff was friendly. I would definitely stay there again. Close to Civic Center.
