Black rubber glove on floor when I entered, lights didn't come on, tv didn't work, had to essentially crawl under the back of bed to plug in phone, there's literally no faucet in the shower (jst a pipe) & the toilet stopped working in the middle of the night & I couldn't flush it for the remainder of my stay.

The check in process was easy and personalized, we were shown to our room and offered additional pillows and towels. The room is clean and updated more than we expected for the price. Comfortable bed, decent amenities, and close to so many dining options. Great deal for the price, we’ll be back soon.

Was really nice, and conveniently located. There was a courtyard with lots of flowering plants. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water. I have no complaints.

It should be illegal to have the Gate to Parking Lot locked as well as the door to the front desk. No TV -due to slow internet- no phone to call the front desk- no place to hang up your coat or dress- shower was leaking all night- it looks more like a homeless shelter. I have photos to prove it

Room was good the price for this area wonderfully cheap. If youre looking a bargain, this is it. Extremely nice person to check us in. Very accommodating. New things everywhere new paint floor sink toilet bed bed pillows. We were in room 202 very close to office on second floor.

The room did not have shades on the window and the curtains were not black out curtains which did not properly cover the windows. It did not feel private with the lack of window coverings. Also, the bed did not have an actual comforter or thick blanket only a super thin half covering that was not substantial enough. Just not a great experience.

The Room was very clean. 1 Queen bed comfortable. Staff escorted me to my room. Air conditioning worked great, microwave and refrigerator very clean worked good. Only 4 stars because the internet/wifi was out there was no phone in room to contact front desk. Good location to Shopping and Places to Eat. Close to CearsersCasino. I woukd stsy at Riverside Inn & Suites again and I recommend it.
