The rooms were ok. The beds were comfortable. The pool was just warm enough. The so called continental breakfast was extremely disappointing and there was no coffee in the decanters.

The overall experience was good.... room cleanliness, great space, nice breakfast. However, the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone before checking- he also greeted us (if that’s what you want to call it) when we arrived, was less than friendly. He was a bit stamdoffish, not very helpful, and even a tad rude. Would have been nice if he was kinder.... especially on Christmas Day!

Extremely friendly staff! We were late arrivals, overslept, and didn't make it to the dining room until 9:30 when breakfast was ending. Staff member Shay was very pleasant and helpful and even gave my husband the waffle she had just made for herself! Phyllis made a point to come to our table and ask us if we needed anything else before she cleared the buffet. It's rare to find such outsanding personal service. The room was very clean and quiet, the bed comfortable, and the decor modern and pleasing. When people ask me for hotel advice, I always say I've never had a bad experience with a Marriott brand!
