This property is actually an insult to sonesta properties! It was filthy, our room had a water leak which soaked my suitcases and contents inside. The sheets had stains and long black hair on them. Instead of rectifying the issues the manager just said I can just cancel your reservation and take it up with orbitz to get your refund which I didn’t even receive a full refund. If you care about your health and cleanliness stay clear of this disgusting hotel. Motels are even cleaner than this place!

Everything was good except being charged for parking.
Lots of highway noise all day long. Some rooms are in the main building, some in outer buildings with a motel-like feel with the exterior corridors and stairs. Otherwise was in good condition with clean furnishings and good maintenance.
This property was clean and well maintained! Pool was clean, basketball court was great, and the included dinner and beer was an added bonus. Close to the airport which was convenient for getting out on an early flight!

It was above our expectations. They had a very nice half basketball court! The breakfast bar was way above average. All of the employees were very very friendly, genuine, and hard working. The room was probably average for the price - but everything else was way above average.
Room was clean, look like it was just renovated & was more like a small efficiency apartment, very friendly staff & great breakfast. only complaint we could here someone in the room above us walking around, also they advertise free shuttle service around the area but when i ask for a ride they said it was only available Monday thru Friday. They should state that on their web page. that was the main reason I chose to book my reservations at this hotel.
This is my hotel of choice in Dallas, you will need a car although a limited hotel shuttle is available. TVs are small and need to be updated but overall the hotel offers everything you need for a few nights away from home. I dealt mostly with Julie at the front desk and she was very helpful. this is the typical standard for this property.
We were in town for a concert and found a good online rate for the Residence Inn. Suites are large with nice amenities. Good breakfast items, standard fare. Very busy breakfast with limited seating. They have a computer & printer available for use, workout room, and small concession area at the front desk. Staff were not all that impressive. Had to quiz the check-in desk for details they should mention. Also the cleaning crews were banging around and talking loudly Saturday morning, almost seemed they were trying to be as loud and obnoxious as possible. Good location just off Stemmons, easy access to the highway. It's on a one-way service road. Gated parking area but very limited parking spaces. Overall I would stay here again if I got a good internet rate. Better amenities and larger room than the average hotel.
Very good location. Centrally located for museum, airports, restaurants, etc. Staff was very friendly and really treated us like guests, not just customers. Evening social hour is a good deal and bkfst was consistently well prepared. I've stayed at this chain before, and while the quality is consistent, the staff at this particular location went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.
