All great for an airport hotel except the room AC was not performing well. With the thermostat at 67 it might have gotten down to 74 after a day of trying. And it was not hot outside. Otherwise all as expected. Very quiet. No discernible airport noise.

I stayed for one night and the room was very comfortable. I only wish the room had a closet so I could hang my clothes for the next day. I went to breakfast at 9:15 and the plates were already put away, and the food was not hot.

I stayed 1 night at the hotel so I would be close to the airport. The staff was friendly and the hotel was updated and clean. When I wanted to have food delivered they were great in helping me find options. The free wifi was great too. The only issue I has was when I arrived construction workers cut the power line by mistake so and there was no power on the block and I could not be checked in. Had to wait only about 1/2 hour for it to be fixed. Obviously it wasn't the hotels fault. But it became a problem when I asked for a wake up call. I asked for a 7:30am call and I received one at 8am. When I asked the front desk about this their best guess was that when they lost power it somehow affected their systems. This could have been a big problem had I not set my phone alarm as a back up. Other then that the I was very satisfied with the hotel for what I needed it for.

Breakfast buffet was outstanding, beds were very comfortable. Like most hotel rooms, a lack of plugs near the bed was a minus. Bring a power strip with you.

A lot of street construction around the area made it a little dicey to get in/out. Not La Quinta's fault - they were great.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. It was a very clean hotel and the rooms are very comfortable. Nice breakfast, workout room and indoor pool. Very friendly staff and they have a shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport plus take you to other locations with in a certain distance given you set it up in advance. The entire place is non smoking but they do have a couple spots outside designated for those who do smoke.

By far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff was so friendly, everytime I walked by the lobby I was greeted with a smile. Every area of the hotel was so clean. Definitely will return to this hotel for my next trip.

There were roaches in our room! And that made it hard to sleep. It's not much more to say...

It was our first stay ever at a La Quinta Inn and it was a pleasant experience. Great location, just minutes from the Airport with all the right amenities That staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be returning to stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel for one night before leaving back home after a football game. Although the stay was short, the hotel was in great location near the airport and restaurants. The street leading to the hotel seems run down but the hotel itself is very new. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The overall decour was very modern with small touches of classic. Over all for the price and location I highly recommend it.

Awesome location near DFW, about a 10 minute drive to car rental location. It provides easy access on/off highway. For a short night stay, it serves as the perfect place.

The heating/air conditioner in our room could not be adjusted, or even turned off. So it was freezing. Which made the 1 1/2 minute wait for the sink hot water to come on in the middle of the night quite cold. The wi-fi was tricky, but eventually came on. Advertisement for 24/7 schuttle to the airport was a bit deceptive--as it ran only every hour, making for an extra hour at the airport. It was also a 15 minute drive to the airport. Lobby bathroom had no wastebasket. Morning tea water was barely warm. Why this hotel got previous high marks is a mystery to me.

We were in town for the Cowboys game and the hotel is about a 10-15 minute drive from the stadium, but it was definitely worth the price at $79/night you are paying a quarter of the price for some of the other hotels that are not nearly as nice. You are getting a great value for the price- definitely worth it! We arrived early and the front desk was nice enough to check to see if there was a clean room available- and there was so we got to check in early! This room was clean and very modern! Exactly how it looks in the pictures. The hotel itself appears to be a new hotel so everything was clean and updated. There is a free shuttle service to and from the airport and also within a 3 mile radius of the hotel- which was awesome! There is also a complimentary breakfast available- it is your standard breakfast nothing extraordinary but is a great perk to help save money! The front desk was really friendly and accommodating and even let us do a later check out since we had a later afternoon flight. the elevator is a bit slow, and the walls were a bit think to adjoining room next to us and sometimes we could hear their voices, but it wasn't noisy and didn't keep up. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Arlington/Irving area. We plan on going back to see a game next year and will definitely be staying here again!

The pictures online were deceiving. The facility itself was located in a depressed area and my room overlooked a abandoned parking lot and businesses, which did not feel safe. The rooms and hallways were dark and along with odors gave the impression of not being clean. I relied on the 2014 excellence award which I will never do again.

great room but no closet.
