Amazing hotel in a super fun area with even better staff! From the moment we walked in, Alexander welcomed us with so much warm energy and it continued throughout our stay. The room was spacious and modern and just looked great. The lake right behind the hotel had an awesome water show and there were beautiful walking paths for us and my dog. Just an overall great stay, this will be our go to hotel for future Grand Prairie/Arlington stays.

The room was beautiful and the location was great. The one difficulty we had was parking, but I think that was due more to it being a very busy time of year with Christmas parties, etc. The staff was accommodating and friendly as well.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel, didn't even know they had it. The room was clean and stocked, parking was a challenge if parking up top. Overall a nice stay.

The facility and grounds were stunning. You are literally within walking distance to a couple of restaurants and the lighted bridge that leads out to the lighted water show is spectacular. I skated out there and LOVED it. You can see the bridge from one side of the hotel that makes a pretty nice view. Book the room.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was amazing only complaint was on the weekend when there is an event at Epic Central it is hard to get a parking spot anywhere near the hotel. It was unexpected but once we found a park we did enjoy the food festival.
