Could not get much sleep because of noisey people above me. Moving furniture around in the middle of the night, kids jumping on floor at 2 a.m. Called front desk only to find out they could nothing about it because it was younger kids doing all the noise. I was moved up to the 4th floor where I got a room that had curtains that could not be opened because they were electric and the wires were exposed. I would never stay at a TRU place again nor would I ever recommened to friends.
