We found that the room was infested with tiny bugs. They were unable to to move us since the hotel was completely booked. So the front desk lady came and sprayed the room,(yup while we were in there!). We also found there were some half eaten twizzlers over in one of the corners of the room. They didn't even offer some compensation for such crappy service and room. They were not the most professional of staffs as well. We will not be staying here ever again!

Walk in, coffee pot is half full from whoever was there before. Bug in the bathroom, which isn't bad except our friends had a TON of bugs in theirs, and couldn't switch rooms since it was all booked. Breakfast was decent, but sausage on the second day was raw. Came back the second day at 4:30pm to take a nap after the fair, our room hadn't even been serviced yet. Had to stay in friends room. When we left their room, a maid was vaccuuming the hallway while her baby was in a carrier on the ground next to the dirty laundry bin, and a guy, who we guess was her boyfriend, was following her moving the vacuum cord. Weird, and extremely unprofessional. For $130 a night, definitely not worth it, and won't be staying here ever again. Oh and after we came back to our room, the old coffee was still in the coffee pot.

Check in was great, room was really clean and the bed and pillows were actually pretty comfortable. Had no issues with the tv or any of the room amenities. Breakfast was great, nothing fancy, but a great variety.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel due to the staff and the high quality product they offer. Had a great location near the Cooper Institute and it made my travel worry-free.

We came into town on short notice for a funeral. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had no problems at all and will stay here again if we are in the Dallas area. We were right off the freeway and easy access to resturants and shopping.

I was here with my daughter for a interview and it was nice and clean; perfect for our short trip.

Friendly staff, great location off of I-635, excellent variety with the complimentary breakfast, clean rooms, free internet was super easy to get connected, would definitely stay there again!

The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner and the staff as a whole needs more knowlege about the hotel's policies.

Great

We got a two queen beds room and it was larger than most. The bathroom was very clean and larger than most also. Very comfortable. will definitely stay there the next time I'm in the area. Several restaurants and shopping just a short drive away.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. I'm very sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues you experienced with your room. Please know that we are currently working with our housekeeping department and using this as a training opportunity. I'm also sorry that the behavior of one of our staff and their son and grand child who were visiting them left a negative impression. I appreciate that you brought this to my attention as it is unacceptable. Know that it has already been addressed to ensure it doesn't happen again. I hope that you will allow us a chance to make up for this on your next trip to the area. Sincerely, Eddie N. General Manager
