If I left the rating to my wife, it would be one-half star. While the location was perfect, the entry for someone on foot was challenging since the only access was not located on the main street.
There was no broom or dustpan. No cleaning supplies. Not even a dishrag. Not enough bath or facial towels. No kitchen towel or oven mitts. I had to use a bath towel to get things out of the oven. No bathroom spray. No dishwasher pods or liquid. No toilet paper. No paper towels.
When we arrived, we didn't see any dishes or silverware. We bought paper plates and plastic utensils. We later discovered that all the dishes and silverware were still in the dishwasher, so dirty that it took my wife an hour and a half to scrub the dishes and get the order out of the dishwasher.
We also got locked out of the place at one point because I was never told that we could not get back in if the lock on the door handle was locked. I had to pay for a locksmith to get back in.
The bed was too soft and worn. The futon was so small and hard.
