Keep ip the wonderful service and hospitality and ill always stay with you..
Oh my god, so bad. Broken toilet seat, internet so bad I could not connect. Filthy rugs. tv remote not working, then second one the same. No control for the heat and air, either on or off. Front desk ability to speak English very bad. Pool very clean and usable, but sign said closed no admittance. Nice sunny hot day.
This hotel is in a very bad part of town and the inside of the hotel is as bad. I was directed here by American Airlines after a missed connection due to delay caused by a “crew issue”. Our shuttle driver was in rude and drove like a crazy person, and the problems just escalated from there. The rooms were disgusting— bathrooms had no hot water, floors were stained and dirty, walls and doors were dirty, outdated, the staff was less than helpful, no toiletries were offered— a toothbrush without toothpaste does one little good. I asked to move rooms from the first floor to second as the window to the exterior wouldn’t close properly and it faces the parking lot where random people were loitering and “exchanging business”. The front desk staff acted like it was a huge inconvenience to move me, even though I’d only been there for 10 minutes. Never again! And shame on American Airlines for caring about their customers so little that they will risk their wellbeing and safety to save a dollar. I am certain the airline would not allow. Pilot or a Flight Attendant to stay there, why would they allow their passengers when their flights home were missed by no error of their own.
This is a place away from home I can go. I have stayed many times and will continue to go back. Staff is always friendly. I can get early check in. Rooms are clean. Noise levels are controlled. Price is great!!!
Ok. Small rooms. Clean quiet and comfortable. Staff is rather conservative with information and welcoming/greetings. Pricey for the stay. Just off IH 20. So it is easy to get on and off the highway. Just a few miles from US 67.
Love this place. It's always quiet, clean, and has light blocking curtains. The service is great. The ladies who clean are very honest and will straighten up ur room when ur gone. I was shocked by that. Usually it's clean or leave alone. They will do whatever u ask. This is my go to spot in Dallas. I can park my truck and trailer there and its in eye sight distance. The lot is very well lit to prevent theft. And here's the super bonus!!! They have smoking rooms. I love that!!!!!! U don't have to get dressed at 2 am and go out ur room cause u want a cigarette. This is the only hotel that I have been able to redeem reward points at. I was beginning to think Wyndham rewards points was only a scam to get u to stay there. Even without the use of points, the price for a king smoking room is under $75 (tax included ). I can smoke, see my truck, and sleep in total darkness in the daytime. Love it!!! I recommend this hotel to all truckers. Oh, and they are located right next to XT ramps to I20. Don't have to go thru a ton of traffic to get rolling. I recommend them to all truckers. Thank u for my restful and peaceful time off!!
We were greeted at the lobby by a desk clerk who found it too difficult to split the bill between two debit cards and blamed it on technical issues when he just didn't want to do it. The room smelled awful as if it it had not been opened or aired out in months. There was some unknown substance splattered on the wall by the bed that appeared had not even been attempted to be cleaned off. There wasn't a piece of furniture without scratches or holes in it. The shower floor and shower head were both filthy. While we were in the area for the drag races, I didn't expect to have them outside of the hotel all night. It was a seedy area with drug deals taking place in the convenience store/gas station and we were the ones being looked at like "Why are you here"? If there had been an available room anywhere else we would have moved.
This is one of the worst motels I have ever stayed in. Everything about it screamed why are you here. Really dated furniture, lumpy pillows, threadbare towels (I didn't even think about showering) and a number of guests who were adult versions of Deliverance cast members. To make things even worse this is a SEEDY, DANGEROUS looking area. I ate at a combination Pilot/Wendy's which was rundown and was staffed by people with a look of what on earth are you doing here. I gassed up at what looked like a better place only to see men skulking around with paper bags containing their beer looking at you and then moving away very quickly. Truly scary stuff. I slept with my clothes on.I wouldn't recommend this motel or area to anyone. So why was I here? I had traveled 800 miles, it was late in the day, the sun was directly in my line of sight and I was tired. I had also stopped at a Best Western about 40 miles away where they wanted to charge me $200.00 for a night to stay in a motel which looked worse than a motel 6 on a good day. I figured what could be so bad at a Day's Inn. I found out and won't ever make that mistake again. Beware.
It is the worst experience I have ever had !!! I arrived at 11 at night, I was looking for a place to get away and I happened to enter this hotel at 12 a.m. and after being in bed I started to itch all over the body, and it turned out that there were fleas on the bed! they made a lot of hives on my skin. at 6 a.m. in the morning when the sun went out I went to the reception and I told the boy that I was there and show him all the marks I had in my arms, legs and he told me that if I had said to him at once he would change me of room, and I was very angry because I did not rest well and I did not return my money! I never go back to that hotel, and there were also cockroaches
The room was infested with roaches! They got into my bag and my clothes. There's a sign saying pool is closed, when the pool looks just fine. This place has madd roaches.. And loud AF women walking up and down. I guess that has nothing to do with the hotel, though.
