Our room was very clean and comfortable, the location was perfect near shopping, employees were polite, and free wifi and breakfast all made it worth it for the price
Hotel had been recently updated. Nice room clean room with new decor but bathroom could have been cleaner.
(1st night) people partying at the back of the parking lot late night too noisy could not get sleep, (2nd night) When returned from event that night the room was not made out at all, had to call manager for clean towesl and soap, never again.
My stay was very comfortable. My room was great. The ac rocked (was very hot out). The staff is impeccable.
It was wondeful we aii enjoyed it staff was perfect food /room /location perfect
Needing a place to stay quickly for a business trip, I headed out on the search for a hotel near the client's office. I quickly found the Days Inn Arlington and booked my reservation for that evening. Unfortunately I had booked it, instead, for a few nights later, but the staff was super helpful in getting it all figured out. When I arrived, we had a little trouble with my digital key to the room they had assigned me, but quickly gave me a nicely redone room to accommodate me during my stay. The hotel staff was continually genuine and friendly including carrying on a conversation with me while I ate the free biscuits and gravy. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay in the Arlington South area.
Everything was great, Just need better towels. Towels was very cheap and hard.
Nothing fancy but it was a good place to stay. Beds were firm and the place was clean. Could have been a little more variety for the continental breakfast.
This is the second visit to DIA. I was made to feel welcom and comfortable by the friendly staff. Very accommodating.
A modest, but very adequate hotel. Clean and well maintained with cheerful and competent staff
I was just leaving austin to get something new and my girlfriend was shooting a music video. The only thing is that I brought a compact dvd and there was no connections on the tv, which was a bit surprising. I say this was the best trip so far just because I didn't get lost at all.
Got in late because Dallas area was having a monsoon. Hotel was OK but was located near shopping and many restaurants.
The people next door had their TV so loud I had trouble getting to sleep. They were also very loud, laughing and such until early morning hours. The room itself was fine. The beds were very comfortable.
Easy to get to all locations I needed to go,
I have a very sick grandchild and it was his birthday, the price of the room made it possible for us to come their to Arlington, where my children live and be with them on my grandchild birthday. It was just a few miles from my children home. Very good location for us. Thanks, Doris Young
The staff is friendly and informative. It was a little scetchy because it is one of the places that the front door locks at 11 and there is bullet proof glass on the outside. here is not an elevator and the hallways smell of smoke and mold. For a one night stay for a wedding close to our destination it was acceptable... I would not have stayed if we had another choice in the same area with a more inviting atmosphere.
Room was not very clean, had odor like someone had been smoking a cigar in there. free standing light was broken, and smoke detector on ceiling was dangling free by the wires. Staff was curtiouse and freindly, and the breakfast things they had was good. We visited family when we were there so didn't spend alot of time at hotel, and I have stayed at much better, and a little worse.
Bathroom door did not shut so there was no privacy. Coffee left for in-room service was all decaf.
The hotel was nice enough for what I used it for and that was a place to sleep. There was no remote for the television in my room and I was told I could not get one until the next morning. Although I was given Days Inn Currency for my next stay at a Days Inn I hardly think I will be using there facilities let alone this particular properties facilities in the future. Shopping and restraunts are plentiful in the area it does not make up for what my particular needs where for my traveling companion on that trip.
The hotel was located near many eating establishments & there was shopping close by.
