The rooms was clean, but some of the wall paper was peeling and furniture was cracking. The remote batteries were dead and they never brought the batteries to my room. It's about $75 dollar room.

We came for a quick stay to see the Cowboys v Bears game. Great location if you are without a car since there are plenty of restaurants (fast food and sit down) within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast at the hotel was great including waffles, eggs, ham, sausage, bagels, cereal, yogurt and more. The room was very spacious and the front desk staff was very kind. We landed early and were at the hotel by 11:00 (check in is not until 3:00). They were able to have a room cleaned and ready for us within 15 minutes.

Had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly and helpful, pool was a good temperature, beds and pillows were comfortable and breakfast was good and kept well stocked throughout the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly, bed was comfortable and it was very convenient. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Wish they would have mentioned th pool and spa was closed for renovation. Kids were dying to swim and they were so disappointed. Picked this hotel as they had an indoor pool. Checked out early and found another hotel with an indoor pool. Breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant. Wish they kept an extra set of sheets/blanket for the pull out in the room as it was the second stay at the hotel and the second time I've had to ask for sheets. Likely won't stay again. Better hotels out there.

Clean rooms and enough toiletries and towels available. Need some updated furniture soon. Nice hearing and cooling facilities.

Had a glitch or two on the 1st day of a four day stay but these were promptly corrected. Stayed with my wife and we both agreed that there were no problems with room or staff. My only complaint would be that I found out from other family members visiting during same time that they stayed at Hilton and Sheraton for 30 bucks a day cheaper

Friendly staff great room would definitely stay again

Good experience- breakfast was good, staff was nice, room was clean. A little more expensive than I'd like, but worth it.

The hotel is well appointed and not that old. For a 2 star hotel I thought it was quite nice and I liked the breakfast. Being on the access road made it easy for friends to find me in Grand Prairie.

The price was perfect! The room was great and my daughter loved the indoor pool and hot tub.

Meet all expectations, better value than most other surounding comparable hotels.

Very comfy! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

vacationed in the area, and visited attractions, never enough breakfast out after 50 mins. went to room and waited like instructed came back in 30 mins. to no breakfast it was all eaten up for the 3rd time finally went mcdonalds up the road. from 7:30 to 8:45 this happened both days. POWERWASH the parking lot and doorway entrance. A lot of truckers stay here I guess thats why we had to step over used condoms in the parking area.Trash in the doorway over flowed 4 the 2d and 2N we were there. Large holes in our shower curtain Room was not vacuumed by the couch and chairs w/tables, very loud AC but you need it.Travel all the time. Thought this would be better standards. should have charged $40.00 a night.

Meet a new friend and enjoyed time off of work.
