Constantly loud with talking in halls, slamming doors, and cleaning at all hours. Had difficulty sleeping with all the noise. Room temperature was fixed and unable to adjust. Wanted to charge $35 "early check-in" fee despite my room already being ready and facility not busy.

Hotel is located in an industrial area, with no obvious options for food within walking distance. The breakfast provided is adequate but with minimal options, especially for late risers. The front desk does not keep quarters for the single coin-operated washer and dryer. Those minor issues aside, the property itself is well maintained and the area is quiet late at night. I suspect most of the business is truckers resting for duty-time considerations while serving the nearby warehouses or families looking for and affordable place to stay and visit the nearby amusement districts.
