Unfortunately, we had a less than stellar experience during our stay. We arrived to no towels in our room at 3pm & requested them. When we returned to our room at 10pm, one of our keys didn't work & we still did not have any towels. We again asked for towels when we went to get our room key re-keyed. In the morning, we discovered our shower didn't work properly. We called the front desk, who told us we must be turning the shower on wrong. When someone from front desk came to our room, they discovered that the shower really was broken. They said there were no other rooms available so we were out of luck& could not switch rooms. They offered a 10% discount on the room for the night, which we never got. When we returned that evening after 11pm (after another very long day of moving), neither of our keys worked. We had to go back to front desk to get them re-keyed again. On a bright note, the shower did work when we got back to the room. To say we were underwhelmed with this hotel is an understatement.
We discovered a large cockroach in the lobby near the eating area on the morning we checked out. Also, there was tobacco in cup and an empty package of cigars in one of the dresser drawers. We wondered why the room smelled of tobacco and marijuana. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Just wanted to express concerns about cleanliness out of the norm.
You get what you pay for. Do not expect a 4/5 star quality here. Good for short trip and if you want to save money. Added benefits: Free breakfast(really good!), WiFi and free parking.
This spot did not show up on my GPS. Maybe it used to be something else. Whatever. Checked in within 2 minutes. The room was worth so much more than my Orbitz coupon and orbucks charged me. One of the most comfy beds ever. Fridge microwave. So I came to party. Yelp event n I gotta go watch football so this was a sleep n go for me. They do offer full breakfast. Fitness room, n business center. Yeah never made it. Had to deduct a star cause I jump in the shower from my drunken stupor and there's only 2 washclothes. No bath towels.. Didnt even occur to check for towels. Jokes on me. Them 2 washcloths can't even cover my 42 DDs...Had to dry off with one of my t-shirts cause what am I supposed to do??
