Would recommend! Was there for the Women's Final Four! Very pleased.

The handle came off on the front door so we kept putting it back on to open it. The mini fridge had 3 legs but worked well. The water took forever to get hot and adjust. Otherwise no issues. Staff was nice. We were hardly there.

Check in was really slow. Had to wait in a long line. Room was not what we reserved. We had booked and prepaid well in advance a room with two queen size beds but they put us in a very cramped room with two double beds. Room was not very clean. There were four people and they only had three towels and two wash clothes. The bathroom did not have a door and the French door between the bedroom and sink/mirror area by the bathroom did not lock and did not completely close. It was not a roach hotel but I doubt we will stay here again.

The bed was a little hard but ok, very clean rooms and overall clean ! The water pressure in the shower was very poor ! The clerks at the desk were very helpful!

The room they gave me wasn't cleaned. I was leaving to go to a concert so the manager had to clean my room so I could check in when I got back.

Nice hotel with nice staff very close to Dallas market

Would have found another place to stay if I was not already committed to pay. Rooms were accessed from outside with very questionable security.. dark parking lot High likelihood of break-in. Air Conditioner not working.

The hotel lobby was outdated and the furniture was worn. The eating area was not very clean and had a off odor about it. The elevator was very dirty inside. The room was cleaned, however there were stains on the sofa and other places that i was not comfortable sitting on. The balcony was very small and although I am not building inspector i would consider it to be unsafe for an Adult due to weight and completely unsafe for a child due to the construction. It had about a 2 in space between each board. Overall if my company had not made the reservations i would of not stayed in the hotel.

Horrible experience! Between the roaches in the bathroom, the dirty beds, and the fact that they didn't even give us new towels, it was not a good hotel to stay at! Oh yeah, the breakfast spread looked nice, however it will upset your stomach! Stay away from this hotel.

Very close to Dallas World Center. I stayed there for business.

This property is older and in need of serious updating. I felt the staff did the very best they could do with what they had to work with. The paper thin walls with the heavy cake-like frosting finish did nothing to abate the noise from the surrounding rooms. I am not a person who is normally bothered by the noise level of my surroundings. Being able to hear the TV's of the rooms on either side of me well past 3 a.m. was a bit much. I also could have done without the crickets on the ceiling and the drapes. If you desire the experience of a seedy motor lodge from days past-this might be the place to try.

The check in staff was just amazing since the minute we walked in. He made sure that I was aware of all the amenities and made himself available for any questions. The room was definitely clean, everything that we needed was there. MY only small complain was that it definitely had a bad smell of humidity.

We had a great christmas vacation! hotel was clean and staff was very friendly! They even had the lobby open on Christmas Eve and day for complimentary breakfast! I would highly recommend this place.

Stayed a this hotel from May 27-may 28. I was in town for a graduation. It was a quite and good location. Parking spots were small, my suv seemed huge in the tiny lines. Good sheets, comfy bed! will consider staying again in Dallas.

Hotel Staff was friendly, however the walls are thin, had a group of boys next door, they were loud. The water was hard, they need a Culligan Softener.

Overall, it is a reasonable choice for the price. Nothing really exceed my expectation. The bathroom is smaller than other chains I had used. The thermostats was not working correctly - set it to 75 but the room felt like 68 during the night. No TV guide and I was not able to watch any channel - No signal. The elevator is small, old and slow. Breakfast has a good selection of hot meals, better than I expected.

Easy to get to American Airline's Center. Great Breakfast, Very Clean and Staff was wonderfull. Beds very comfortable and Air Condition works great. Would recommend to everybody.

The hotel was nice...it was a spur of the moment stay..The front desk clerk was so helpful..told me how to find a couple stores and where to go catch a couple clubs.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I did not have an issues during my stay.

Everything was perfect other than the water pressure of the shower.
