Located only 5 minutes from the bottom of Coronet Peak, and 15mins from town this small yet spacious 3/4 bed barn is the ideal location for your family ski or mountain bike holiday. Soak in the hot tub after a long day skiing or biking with stunning mountain views.
While 8 people can sleep in the barn if needed, it is recommended for 4 people for better space.
This modern architectural barn has 4 small bedrooms - 1 double bed + ensuite, upstairs a mezzanine divided into 2 areas with 2 double beds (1 room is private, the other is a walk through). Downstairs is a 3rd bedroom or study with a single bed/extra storage space.
There is a full kitchen, fridge and washing machine.
The interior is lined in plywood giving warm modern feel.
A fireplace and underfloor heating keeps you cosy, as does the hot tub outside.
There is plenty of outdoor space and a spa looking out to the mountains.
The area is very safe and rural. You are also welcome to bring your pet too.
Our main house is on the same property in front of the barn. We each have our own private home, entrance and outdoor areas.
There is a huge triple garage (shared) with skate ramp and bike/ski storage.
While the barn house can sleep 6-8 people, with a small kitchen and dining space it houses 4 people more comfortably.

Other things to note
Situated on a large rural property. We live in the main house in front but we each have our own private space.
Bedroom set ups:
Bed 1: Queen bed + ensuite (toilet+tiled shower)
Bed 2: single bed
Bed 3: Mezzanine upstairs divided into 2 bedrooms with double bed in each area, one is open to stairway.
Seperate Bathroom: (shower over bath, toilet)
Please note the bedrooms are cosy and small. Limited storage. Bags etc can be stored in the laundry under stairs.
Parking is outside. Plenty of space and privacy. Very safe and secure area.
There is also a tiny house on the 17000sqm property with tenants, in front of our main house. They are far away and have their own private space too.

Owners have access to 3 bay garage next door and may come and go.
