We loved this cabin. The first thing i have to do when i get to any vacation rental is clean. Im ocd about cleaning. This cabin was clean. I didn't have to do anything. The location was perfect. Close to town but still had a private feel. I loved the fact that host provided toiletries and everything was labeled so well. I really felt the host went above and beyond whats required. The little touches have me already planning next years trip. Also the beds were very comfortable. I loved the upstairs loft area.

We stayed here for a week and it was the perfect getaway for our elopement week! The home is just as advertised and the location is incredible. Plenty of privacy, but close to the historic downtown area, various hiking trailheads, and lots of other fun activities and towns. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Dahlonega!

The cabin was exactly like the pictures on VRBO. The cabin amd the grounds were beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with all supplies, as were the bathrooms. Crystal, the owner, was very friendly and stayed in touch to be sure our needs were met. We loved this secluded cabin. My 3 sisters and I had such a wonderful time staying at Gold Mine Cabin. We stayed 3 nights and got some great shopping in. The house is decorated beautifully, and the beds are very comfortable. Crystal is a wonderful host and answers your calls immediately. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the near future.
