Forrest Hills Resort was a very nice experience. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The only negative was the narrow roads in the resort area.

Easy check in, friendly staff, great breakfast, quiet and clean room.

It was such a beautiful, peaceful environment. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Food was delicious!!

This is an older resort with cabins and “lodges” that are a little run down. But it’s in a beautiful area and the food is excellent. Best free breakfast I’ve had anywhere!

Property is made up of several lodges, cabins and meeting buildings. It’s in a beautiful, wooded area and it seems that every place has a view of the beautiful outdoors. I stayed in the Bears Den lodge. The interior was a bit out of date but was very clean. The beds were medium to firm. The restaurant on site served okay food and had a good ambiance. I had the burger and fries. It was okay. My stay included a full breakfast each day but I didn’t stop in to eat as I was out the door by 7:30 (breakfast served at 8). Each late afternoon as came back, the horses would be in the field and that was pleasant to see. Overall, nice place for a family get together, wedding, or retreat. I was staying in the area to attend a workshop but would stay again with my family and take advantage of the activities at the resort like horseback riding and swimming.

The cabin was very clean and cozy. Breakfast and dinner was very good. The hot tub was nice! The TV was small but we didn’t watch much so not a big deal.

Pros: staff was excellent and friendly, breakfast buffet was good, room was clean. Outdoor hot tub was nice and clean. Cons: rooms are a little outdated, tv was small for the room size, walls are thin ( heard people walking around and closing doors all night long). Overall rating id give it a 6.5 out of 10.

This resort is so peaceful. The staff is amazing and I always have a wonderful time when I visit!

Great birthday getaway for my husband and I. Loved Lovebird 1 cabin!!! Great breakfast every morning. Close location to wineries and Amicalola.

Very nice cabin. Quiet and comfortable. Twenty minutes from everything.

i really liked this place and the folks who run the resort were exceedingly nice.

Delightful resort! Beautiful grounds very quaint.

Good place. Nice quiet environment for a weekend getaway.

GREAT. Quiet, easy access, everyone wiringcthere was very pleasant.

Enjoy each minute beeing there. Labai graži gamta ir aplinka. Atvykom naktį ir radom viską ko reikėjo.

Room 2 in the Wilderness Lodge smelled like a wet mop, several cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. No hand towels in the room. Carpet in the room was very outdated and looked like it had been wet, probably where the smell was coming from. Breakfast was Ok, if it’s not included in your room not worth the additional charge. At check out the girls at the front desk appeared to be having an office party and never asked how my stay was so I didn’t get a chance to tell them how disappointed I was in my stay. Will not return.

Arrived for check in and was pleased with the quick and efficient service we received. The room was spacious and the view was fabulous. The complimentary breakfast was great, food was hot and kept refilled. Dinner in the couples dining room was excellent. Friendly and polite staff.

Thank you for the compliments! Private cabins are always better than the lodges when it comes to sound. Lodge rooms can be like a B&B when it comes to that. When you come back we suggest you try one of our hot tub cabins.
