Nice and warm home feeling property. The only issue we had was the suites all are the same price and are vastly different in square footage and set-up. They should be priced accordingly.

Unfortunately the pillows were rocks with pillow cases over them. When I went to open the closet the door knob came off in my hand. Not a good start! Worst of all, there was a very loud air conditioning unit just outside the window that was so loud I had to resort to earplugs. I’m sure the Smith House has some nice rooms, but I didn’t get one!

I love the new building it is beautiful and clean and updated. There was not enough pillows. And there was not enough creamer. Everything else is just lovely!

We were in the carriage house which was unique. It had it's own lobby/sitting area with an outdoor patio. Queen size bed room was small but well appointed. king size room was a suite with sitting area, fireplace, huge bathroom. For $20 a night extra it is worth it.

Quiet.

The historical nature of the property was wonderful. The newer building was pleasing asthetically as far as rooms go, but the bed wasn't comfortable and the AC unit wasn't the best.

Mattress was bad everything else was great

Very charming old hotel! We had a great time walking to the square for shopping and food!

Nice hotel next to college and downtown area. We were able to walk everywhere.

Historic hotel - 1899 - that has been updated and modernized.

Nice hotel, wish there had been a refrigerator in the room. Wanted to have dinner there but the restaurant was closed. Wanted to have breakfast there, the restaurant was closed 😞
