I stay here for my first time in overseas beach here for five nights which I feel like staying in palace surrounding with many staffs who offer and take good care of us in such a very best services. All staff are so friendly and I feel like I stay in my home town and family. Thanks all the staff here.

Beautiful resort, friendly & helpful staff, excellent services, love setup in room. Made to feel very welcome within the hotel. It's absolutely amazing and high quality experience. Highly recommend to stay here. Thank you so much for all.

Stayed here for 3 nights and would have loved to stay longer. Room clean, location great, large pool and all public areas were spotless. Lawns and gardens maintained to a very high standard. We found all staff to be extremely polite, helpful and professional. Great place to unwind and relax after many days travelling and multiple excursions. Shuttle bus to Hoi An is a great way to visit the town and it is free, just make sure you book your seats as early as possible. Food and service in the restaurants and during breakfast was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights whilst travelling across Vietnam, we stayed in room 520 which offered stunning views across the complex including the beach - rooms decorated to very high standard, very comfortable beds with selection of pillows, bathrobe, flip flops and beach bag. Great selection of food at breakfast and great selection of coffee. Happy hour ran daily from 4-6pm and again 9-10pm. Staff on guest relations desk were very helpful and remembered you. Turn Duan service and towels changed twice daily (if required). Sun beds were extremely comfortable, plenty of beach towels available, refreshing pool - great staff at beach bar - toilets kept very clean and well manicured gardens. Cons - minor niggles which shouldn’t deter you from staying here Sunday brunch open to non residents - the Sunday we were there it was chaotic at the beach bar (assuming it was due to it being Easter Sunday) whilst I appreciate that the hotel need to attract non hotel business - I felt that on this occasion the bar staff attention was more on these people than actual hotel guests Turn down service was too early @6pm this was usually when people were showering following a day on the beach or returning from trips A reluctance to refresh the toiletries

A lovely hotel - convenient to everywhere in Da Nang. Free shuttle to Hoi An which is a place worth visiting. Walking distance to Marble Mountain or China Beach. Service and wi-fi at the hotel is excellent. We will be staying there again next year.

We've stayed one night in the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. They had great attention to detail, including providing insect repellent spray when they noticed we were getting bitten by mosquitoes during dinner. All in all a great experience.

Had a nice stay over easter weekend. A lovely hotel but in need of a facelift. Breakfast was ordinary, brasserie by beach was very nice especially the Sunday brunch which was top draw. Probably overpriced for what it offers but we had a nice break and must thank the lovely staff very much for their efforts.

In overall, hotel looks nice and clean. But the rooms are getting very old and they need to change/repair it. For example: all the wood wall finition in the bathroom are crackled and falling appart. Molds. The tiles are not well cleaned (or they are too old?) and you can see the molds. The toilet seat is totally broken. No slow down, no more bumpers, not flat, etc... The sink has plumber issues as the water is not getting out, even with the stopper out. Only the guest service lady was good. She remember your name and can give you great explanation on the tours. Bar/restaurant staffs are nice. And the pool gents, are helpful. Forget about the reception. They took a deposit for the expenses we will do in the hotel, but didn’t open it. It means the first day, everyone we order a drink and put it on the room. It cannot be done. I needed to go to reception to see what is happening. They found out to let me know that “sorry, I didn’t open it. Now it is ok”. I ask for a late check out and the lady at the reception nicely grant it to us, as I’m member... 2pm. I came back to the room to prepare the luggage at 1:45pm. They blocked my key. Make me wait more than 10 min to open my door. And from 1:55 to 2:05 pm. The reception keep calling my room, saying the “check out is noon”, and “check out is noon”, and “check out is noon”. No need to argue with this gent on the phone as he didn’t understand English. When arrive at the reception, the manager (I guess) asked me if everything was alright. I told him about the check out time, he checked the computer and ... apologise to me. WTH ?!?!?

We stayed in mid March for 8 nights and we had a wonderful relaxing time. The staff from the front desk, concierge, all restaurants & bars, to the F&B manager were all so welcoming. My husband had issues with his knee and the staff would make sure he was taken care of so as not to walk too far etc. Thank you all at the Pullman for your kindness.

This hotel was the main relaxation part of our honeymoon, and we were thrilled to receive a bottle of wine and cheesecake, plus roses when we walked into our room. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 days here, everyone was helpful and whilst some struggled with their English, they all were friendly, and as the visitor to their country I didn't expect anymore. The pool is fantastic, a little cool but you soon acclimatise. Whilst there is a bar next to the pool, you do have to get out, so it would be great though to have a swim up bar, although the staff were more than happy to serve you whilst in the pool, and the lounges had call buttons, so you didn't have to get up if you were that relaxed. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, we were very impressed and didn't really eat much else during the day as we ate way too much at breakfast. Finding the table to make your own Bloody Mary's was incredible and a nice differential. The staff were very friendly and I'd like to mention a few, Todd (food and beverage manager) went out of his way to have a chat with us a few times, and Gabriel, Luc, Hieu and Nguyen were all great at the pool bar. There was a DJ at times in the evenings but we didn't like his music, it was too dull almost lift music with no music or even beat for most of it. A party atmosphere would have really lifted this timeframe a bit with some more upbeat songs people can get into. The DJ does rotate, so we may have just been there at the wrong time. The beach is so good, it would have been a perfect spot for a low key dance party, for an hour or so at least. We had the massage and it was amazing, the hour went way too quick, and having access to the spa and steam rooms afterwards was lovely, although the spa was far too cold to really enjoy! The rooms are nice but try to get off the ground floor, you don't get much of a view. We did find through some noisy neighbours that the corridors are noisy and it travels through your room, but after mentioning this to reception after the 2nd night, they moved us up a floor, which was really nice and helped make the second half of our stay even better with sea views. The noise is not the fault of the hotel, they can't be held accountable for rude guests, but the way they handled was very good, and they said to call reception if any more issues and security will handle it. The resort is an hours walk to Dragon bridge to get into Da Nang itself (we walked it twice), but taxis or Ubers are easy to get, the staff will help you. A fantastic resort. Would happily come back.
