This hotel is well located on the beach and huge! The reception, restaurant by the beach, pool area and grounds are lovely. The breakfast in the main restaurant is massive and caters for all travellers - I had freshly made waffles and ice cream for breakfast ( after sushi ! ) very naughty - but huge amount of choice. There are staff everywhere and they are all friendly and say hello whether waiters, gardeners or cleaners, including the German manager i chatted to once or twice. The rooms are good, clean, nice bathrooms and balconies and the food at breakfast very good. The only shame - the weather and not the hotels fault as would have loved to use the pool and beach. I didn't come across any issues - all was good and as it should be. Good job!

I read a lot of positive comments on this forum and decided it was worth staying here but wow... Everything just exceeded my expectations and I mean by a large margin!! The staff were sincere and courteous but they interacted with you in a way that showed you they care. When we went to the city and came back, they remembered what we went to the city for. Thank you so much to all the staff and Pullman Danang and please take pride in what you do every day because it must effect every visitor's mindset even after they get home. I will definitely recommend this hotel for all those visiting Danang or Hoi An.

We just loved our stay at the Pullman Danang Beach. What an amazing resort, with the most friendly staff. The Accor Platinum treatment here was second to none. Here, my whole family felt special and treated like royalty. It couldn’t be any different to the treatment I’ve had since at the Pullman Park Lane Hong Kong who could learn a lot from Danang. From the complimentary train station pickup and airport Drop-off, to the way Dung assisted me when I was sick and need to go to the dr - can you believe that Dung even arranged for the hotel to pay for my taxi fare to the dr. Just over and above what I ever expected. The room was amazing and we were looking staight at what I believe is the owners house and so really couldn’t see the beach- next time I’d want to have a room on a higher floor so we could really enjoy the view. The food was amazing. We ate in both restaurants multiple times and loved the food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing. The sauna in the spa was well used also - so relaxing. It was a shame about the weather but you can’t help that - however it just means that we will be back next time - cannot wait. Thank you for making us feel welcome and special. It’s been such a contrast to the Pullman Park Lane in Hong Kong - I will never return here there again, but I’ll be back to the Pullman Danang Beach resort.

My husband and I have just checked out of the Pullman. We have been travelling for 3 weeks already, and I can honestly say this is the first hotel where I felt like I was finally on my honeymoon. It was luxurious and very comfortable, and we had such a wonderful experience. From check in, to food and beverage, to guest services, and our check out, we were so well looked after at each touch point. Our room was very well situated, it overlooked the pool and beach, and was immaculate each day - housekeeping come in 2-3 times each day to replace towels and leave treats etc. The breakfast buffet is extensive, with many types of international cuisines, and there are plenty of seats available both inside and out. Coffee is made to order which is nice, and freshly made waffles and ice-cream in the morning (?!) - don't mind if I do! It is very easy to get to Hoi An from the hotel. 350,000 VND (or $20 AUD) one way via taxi to get to the old city, or the hotel has a shuttle bus with designated morning or afternoon pick-up and drop-off times (staying in Hoi An approx. 7 hrs). Special mention to Hue from guest services, and Daisy (Hoai) from the breakfast service. Really lovely ladies who make you feel very welcome. Although credit to all the staff that we came into contact with, as well as the management team - your team seem very happy! If we return to Da Nang, we would only stay at the Pullman.

Very efficient and friendly Front Office Staff. Wide variety of Food including for Vegetarians. Delicious Gourmet. Spacious Rooms. Excellent view of Lawns & Ocean. Guest Relations very helpful in getting our web checkin done.

I've been to the Infinity bar right at the beach in the Resort. Very relaxing and playing space. Nice place for couples. Good place for family also. They have children playground. The staffs were nice. I had a good time .i like this place.

It was our first time at Danang as well as at a Pullman property. The location is just beautiful. Rooms are spacious, nice and clean. Food is amazing!!! And the hotel staff, super helpful and friendly. This is definitely the property I will stay in next time I visit Danang.

This hotel is very well maintained and presentable. The staff who work at the entry welcoming guests and arranging taxis are by far the most exceptional staff in the hotel, explaining to taxi drivers where we were heading so that there was no problem with language barriers or locations before setting off. We had a few dramas at check in, being advised our rooms were not ready and we were directed to have lunch whilst we waited, which was a slight annoyance as the hotel looked like a ghost town and not overly packed as one would expect. I felt that this was a ploy to dine in house whilst waiting... On check in we were not asked if we were planning to partake in the Christmas Eve celebration or the Christmas Day lunch, and when we came to book into either event (the day after check in) we were told it was fully booked, which was obviously disappointing as we had travelled with our children who wanted to attend one of the events, but sadly we were not able to be accommodated. This is a big oversight as we witnessed the event take place without our participation, and many of the attendees were from outside the hotel, who ended up taking up most of the seats around the beach bar to partake in happy hour and then they all left and the celebrations ended abruptly. Surely priority would be offered to hotel guests before accommodating exterior bookings. Another gripe I have with the Christmas Day festivities is that if you did not attend the dinner or lunch no other effort was made to make guests feel festive. The night of Christmas Eve it would have been nice to receive a turn down service with something Christmas related, at least something special for the kids...but it was business as usual, not one staff member even wished us Merry Christmas. The restaurant itself is lovely, breakfast buffet a real treat with absolutely everything you could possibly hope for in a breakfast, however my tip for you if order your coffee on your way in otherwise you might not get it before your meal is over, there are clearly insufficient staff working on the tea and coffee service areas. We actually checked out of this hotel 2 days early due to the terrible weather becoming increasingly worse. The rain certainly damped our Christmas spirits but more so because the beach was closed the entire time we were there, which is unavoidable, however the pool at the hotel was absolutely freezing cold, with no one swimming for longer than 5 minutes to avoid freezing to death. This being said, there was no attempt to arrange other indoor activities for the guests, which when traveling with 3 children becomes quite boring. When it came to checking out early we were not offered any form of refund for the days we chose to forgo, which was slightly disappointing as we were hoping that given the poor weather conditions and lack of alternative activities that some form of compensation would be offered. I can’t say I would return here again during this time of year, perhaps in the summer months the experience would have been different, but if you do plan on traveling over Christmas pack a few games for the kids to play with and warmer clothes if it rains...

Revisited this resort. It is still one of my favourite resorts in danang. It is a large resort with very good facilities & it has a beach. The room is very spacious & with nice balcony. Breakfast spread is very good. To me, it is an excellent resort for the greenery, facilities, room and a beach. Price wise (room rate & food) can be a bit on the high side. If price is not exactly an issue, would recommend this if you visit danang and would like to stay in a resort with beach.

We stayed at the Pullman Danang Beach Resort recently after a recommendation from friends living in Danang. We were not disappointed, actually the Pullman exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by welcoming smiles from Lobby staff. Great rooms, ours came with a wrap-a-round balcony that enabled us to take in the spectacular views of the beach/pool/coastline. The resort enables parents to relax on the beach or pool area while kids are entertained playing various beach games (volleyball, soccer/football), all supervised by resort staff. They also have standup paddle boards, jetskis, and other watersports. The breakfast was something else with a variety of western and local dishes, egg station, waffle/pancake station and coffees made to order. The Food/Beverage staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Gabriel who showed genuine interest in ensuring we were having a great stay at the Pullman. We bumped into one of the managers, Todd, on more than one occasion (the Food/Beverage Manager I think) who was exceptional. He is an asset to the Pullman, you don't see management walking the grounds talking with guests often but it clearly pays off as not only did all the guests (including us) appear to be enjoying their stay but all staff we encountered appear to enjoy working there as well! If you are thinking of travelling to Danang, Vietnam then stay at the Pullman Danang Beach Resort - direct beach access, great pool, great hotel and great staff! What a 5 star resort should be! Thanks Pullman Danang we had a great time! Troy, Lara and family.
